You already know you’re good.
The interesting question is:
Can you articulate exactly why?
One of my clients has nearly 20 years of experience across law, governance, international justice and responsible AI.
She leads serious work.
She advises institutions.
She gets invited into important rooms.
Then she was asked to speak in front of hundreds of people and came to me saying:
“I don’t know what I’m going to say.”
Girl.
She had the receipts.
She had simply lived inside her brilliance long enough that some of it had become invisible.
So we went looking.
I listened.
I interrupted.
I asked questions.
Wait. You did WHAT?
What did you see?
Why did they call you?
What changed because you were there?
We found the pattern.
And we found the language.
That is what we’re doing in this class.
No confidence pep talk.
No “think positively.”
We’re looking at the actual work:
your decisions,
your accomplishments,
your instincts,
your patterns,
your receipts.
And asking:
You’ll leave with a clearer articulation of what you know, what you do exceptionally well, and the stories that prove it.
You are the evidence.
You are the gold.
