PROGRAM PILOT DE GRUP MAMI DOARME

3-6 luni | 2-15 noiembrie 2026

14 zile în care lucrăm împreună la somnul copilului tău, pornind de la jurnalul lui real.

Acesta este un program pilot pentru un grup restrâns de familii, în care combinăm analiza individuală a somnului cu îndrumarea și învățarea într-un format de grup.

Nu aplicăm același program tuturor copiilor. Urmărim ce se întâmplă în fiecare familie, identificăm tipare și ajustăm direcția de lucru în funcție de evoluție.

CE INCLUDE PROGRAMUL

Evaluare inițială individuală

Analizăm situația de la care pornește copilul, dificultățile actuale, obiectivele familiei și primele zile de jurnal.

14 zile de monitorizare a somnului

Fiecare familie primește un jurnal privat în care poate înregistra somnurile, trezirile, modul de adormire și observațiile relevante.

Recomandări adaptate copilului

Pe baza datelor, identificăm ce merită menținut, modificat sau investigat. Recomandările țin cont de vârstă și de context, nu doar de ferestrele de veghe.

Feedback zilnic, în intervale prestabilite

Jurnalele se completează până la ora 10:00. Analiza și feedbackul au loc între 11:00 și 12:00, inclusiv în weekend.

Direcțiile generale sunt comunicate în grup, iar ajustările specifice unei familii se transmit în privat, atunci când sunt necesare.

Două întâlniri Zoom de grup

O întâlnire la începutul programului, pentru stabilirea cadrului de lucru, și una la final, pentru evaluarea progresului și recomandările de continuare.

Grup privat WhatsApp

Un spațiu pentru explicații, întrebări generale, actualizări și teme comune. Jurnalele individuale nu sunt publicate în grup.

CE TREBUIE SĂ ȘTII

Programul presupune implicare zilnică din partea părintelui, completarea jurnalului și aplicarea recomandărilor adaptate copilului.

Acesta nu este un program individual PMD și nu include suport nelimitat, monitorizare în timp real sau răspunsuri la orice oră.

Programul are caracter educațional și nu înlocuiește evaluarea medicală. Nu promite eliminarea tuturor trezirilor nocturne sau rezultate identice pentru toți copiii.

GHIDUL COMPLET MAMI DOARME

Participarea presupune deținerea ediției actuale a Ghidului Complet al Somnului 0-6 ani, care va reprezenta materialul nostru comun de referință.

Dacă nu deții această ediție, ghidul se achiziționează separat, la prețul de 59,99 €, prin procesul lui individual de personalizare.

Prețul programului nu include ghidul.
