Transforming your life in alignment with Allah and in Tawakkul

Seeking Allah 1:1 Coaching

Seeking Allah 1:1 Coaching

£499

You pray. You make dua. You remind yourself that Allah knows best.

But when the thing you desperately want still hasn't happened, or you're faced with a decision you can't seem to make, the questions creep back in:

Am I doing enough?
Is Allah trying to tell me something?
What if I make the wrong decision?
Maybe I need to surrender more.
Maybe I want it too much.

You know you're supposed to trust Allah.

So why does it sometimes feel like you're constantly trying to figure Him out?

Maybe you don't need to try harder to trust Allah.

Maybe you need to look at the Allah you're actually trying to trust.

Because you can know that Allah is merciful while living as though He's waiting for you to finally get something right.

You can believe Allah guides you while being terrified of making a decision without a sign.

You can know there's nothing wrong with wanting more while still feeling guilty for wanting it.

And you can say “I trust Allah” while quietly needing your circumstances to reassure you that He's taking care of you.

That's where Seeking Allah begins.

Seeking Allah is my private 1:1 coaching experience where we uncover the beliefs you are actually carrying about Allah and how they're shaping your worship, your identity, your decisions, your future and the way you experience hardship.

This isn't another list of things you need to do to become a “better Muslim.”

It's an opportunity to understand the relationship with Allah you're already living from, so you can stop trying to figure Him out and start learning how to live your life with Him.

Imagine feeling safe enough with Allah to actually live your life.

To make a decision without spending weeks wondering whether you chose wrong.

To want something deeply without questioning what that desire says about your iman.

To experience a delay or disappointment without immediately wondering what you've done wrong.

To worship without constantly measuring whether you're doing enough.

To plan for your future, take action and then trust Allah with what happens next.

Not because you've finally figured Allah out.

But because you no longer feel like you have to.

The Seeking Allah journey

We'll spend our first five weeks looking at your relationship with Allah through five areas of your life.

The framework gives us direction, but the coaching is personal to you. We're not forcing your experiences into a template; we're following what your relationship with Allah actually needs.

Session 1: Who is Allah?

Everything begins here.

We'll explore the Allah you are actually relating to: the beliefs, expectations and assumptions you've developed about Him and where they may have come from.

We'll begin separating what you know about Allah from what you may have learned to assume about Him.

Session 2: Your Worship & Allah

How does your understanding of Allah affect the way you worship Him?

We'll explore your relationship with salah, dua, surrender and worship, including where love and connection may have become tangled with pressure, performance or the outcomes you're hoping for.

Session 3: Your Identity & Allah

Who do you believe you need to be for Allah?

We'll explore the expectations you've placed on yourself and how your understanding of being a “good Muslim woman” may be influencing your desires, choices, ambitions and the woman you allow yourself to become.

Session 4: Your Future & Allah

How do you build a life with Allah without needing Him to make every decision for you?

We'll explore your desires, decisions, ambitions, uncertainty and action so you can move towards the future you want while trusting Allah with what you cannot control.

Session 5: Your Hardship & Allah

Who does Allah become to you when life hurts?

We'll explore what happens to your relationship with Him when plans change, something you desperately want doesn't happen, or a dua appears unanswered.

Because trusting Allah isn't only about who He is when life makes sense.

And then you live it.

After our first five sessions, you'll spend a month taking what we've uncovered into your actual life.

Because trusting Allah isn't something you prove during a coaching call.

It's what happens when you have a decision to make.

When something doesn't go to plan.

When an opportunity appears.

When you're still waiting for the thing you've made dua for.

When an old fear resurfaces.

When life simply happens.

Throughout this month, you'll continue to have direct WhatsApp access to me, so you have support while you learn to live what we've worked through.

Then we'll meet for our sixth and final session.

Together, we'll look at what shifted, what held, what resurfaced and anything we need to work through before you continue forward on your own.

What can change when your relationship with Allah changes?

One of my clients came to me afraid to even admit that she sometimes questioned whether Allah existed.

She felt responsible for controlling every outcome in her life and even salah and dua could become ways of trying to make sure things turned out the way she needed them to.

Our work wasn't about convincing her to believe in Allah.

It was about giving her space to understand the beliefs she already carried about Him and where they came from.

By the end of our work together, she was praying at least one salah every day and had begun noticing Allah in her everyday life.

But one of the biggest shifts came when she applied for a job.

She didn't get it.

And she was okay.

Not because she didn't want it, but because she no longer needed the outcome to feel safe in Allah's guidance.

Another client came to me after years of trying to do everything “right.”

She attended Islamic lessons, read the books, increased her worship and tried to become the Muslim woman she believed she needed to be.

But the marriage she'd prayed for still hadn't happened.

Eventually, she began wondering whether she was doing something wrong or whether Allah simply didn't want her to have what she wanted.

Through our work together, she began recognising how much pressure she had placed on herself and how that pressure had shaped her understanding of Allah.

By the end of our coaching, she described herself as feeling “lighter” and more “positive” about Allah.

And after years of being terrified of making major life decisions in case she somehow interfered with Allah's plan, she was actively looking for a new home and allowing herself to move forward with her life.

Not because she suddenly knew exactly what Allah had planned for her.

Because she trusted Him enough to no longer need to.

Seeking Allah may be for you if...

  • You genuinely love Allah, but still find yourself questioning Him, yourself or His guidance when life doesn't go according to plan.

  • You know the Islamic answers intellectually, but struggle to actually live from them.

  • You're tired of wondering whether you need to pray more, surrender more, want less or become “better” before something changes.

  • You struggle to make decisions without wondering what Allah wants you to choose.

  • You find yourself interpreting delays, disappointments or unanswered dua as information about your relationship with Allah.

  • You want to pursue your future with Allah at the centre without constantly second-guessing yourself.

  • You're ready to honestly examine your relationship with Allah rather than adding another layer of “try harder” on top of it.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be struggling with my faith to join?

No.

Some of the women I work with are deeply practising and already feel close to Allah. Others are struggling with their worship or connection with Him.

Seeking Allah isn't about measuring how “religious” you are.

It's about examining the relationship with Allah you're actually living from and how that relationship is affecting the rest of your life.

Is Seeking Allah personalised to me?

Yes.

The five-part framework gives our work direction, but every woman's relationship with Allah is different.

Your experiences, beliefs and current struggles determine what we explore and where we need to spend more time.

What happens during the integration month?

After our first five sessions, you'll have a month without scheduled coaching sessions to live with and practise what we've worked through.

You'll still have direct WhatsApp access to me throughout this period.

At the end of the month, we'll meet for our sixth and final session to explore what changed, what resurfaced and anything you need support working through before moving forward independently.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Payment-plan options are available.

What happens on the clarity call?

The clarity call gives us an opportunity to understand what you're currently experiencing and what you want to change.

We'll explore whether Seeking Allah is genuinely the right support for you, and you'll have an opportunity to ask any questions you have about working together.

There's no expectation that you have to decide whether to join before we speak.
