Meet Margaret Leonelli ✨

Welcome! 💖 I’m Margaret Leonelli, Beauty Consultant, Mentor, Speaker, Author and founder of Celebrating Progress® and I’m grateful our paths have crossed!!

As a wife of 42 years, a mom, grandma, a caregiver for our parents and a survivor of breast cancer and trauma, I’m passionate about sharing and living each day to the fullest. Those experiences shaped Celebrating Progress, my belief in honoring where we are, noticing each step forward, and celebrating progress along the way. That same heart carries into my work as an author, speaker and mentor.

With 33 years of experience as a Mary Kay Sales Director, I teach skin care and mentor women in leadership. I believe beauty is more than products... it’s about how you feel when you look in the mirror and step into your day.

If you are looking for a customized approach to beauty and well-being, that’s where I come in. Through my Skin Wellness System, I’m here to help you create a personalized routine and order of application for healthy-looking skin. ✨ I connect with you virtually and in person at my in-home Studio in Fallbrook, California... a space designed for hands-on learning and connection.

As a speaker and mentor, I encourage women navigating seasons of change, renewal and new beginnings to celebrate their progress, build confidence, find perspective and take their next step with purpose and joy. ✨
