Model Ready is a digital educational product created by Mariana Morejon under the brand Model Ready.

Model Ready includes educational content, digital resources, access instructions, bonus materials, and, when applicable, access to a private community.
2. Digital Product Access
After purchasing, customers will receive access instructions by email. Customers are responsible for checking their email, spam, promotions, or junk folders for their purchase confirmation and access details.
To access the guide, customers may be required to use an access code on ModelReady.co through the “Already Purchased? Access Now” page.
Please do not share, post, resell, distribute, or give your access code to anyone else. Each purchase is for one individual customer only.
3. Educational Purposes Only
Model Ready is provided for educational and informational purposes only. The content is based on Mariana Morejon’s personal experience, modeling knowledge, industry observations, and practical guidance.
This product does not guarantee that you will be signed by an agency, booked for a show, selected for a casting, paid for modeling work, accepted by a brand, or achieve any specific result.
Your success depends on many factors, including your preparation, effort, consistency, professionalism, location, market demand, casting needs, timing, and personal execution.
4. No Agency, Employment, or Booking Guarantee
Model Ready is not a modeling agency, talent agency, employment agency, casting agency, or management company.
Purchasing this guide does not create a model-manager, model-agent, employer-employee, or client-representative relationship.
Any opportunities, casting information, tips, or resources shared are for educational purposes only. Customers are responsible for researching, verifying, and deciding whether any casting, agency, brand, photographer, or opportunity is legitimate and appropriate for them.
5. Customer Responsibility and Safety
Customers are responsible for making safe and informed decisions when attending castings, shoots, events, agency meetings, or networking opportunities.
Model Ready encourages all customers to research opportunities, verify the legitimacy of people and companies, share locations with someone they trust, avoid unsafe situations, read all contracts carefully, and seek professional advice when needed.
Mariana Morejon and Model Ready are not responsible for any personal, financial, professional, physical, emotional, or reputational harm that may result from a customer’s decision to pursue any opportunity mentioned or inspired by the guide.
6. Payments and Refund Policy
Because Model Ready is a digital product that provides immediate access to educational content, resources, and/or community access, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
No refunds will be provided for change of mind, lack of use, failure to read the product, failure to access the product after delivery, or dissatisfaction based on personal expectations.
If there is a technical issue with accessing your product, please contact mariana@oceansocialagency.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to help you access your purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
All content included in Model Ready, including but not limited to text, guides, templates, checklists, graphics, branding, images, community content, videos, and resources, is the intellectual property of Mariana Morejon / Model Ready unless otherwise stated.
You may use the materials for your own personal education and modeling preparation.
You may not copy, reproduce, share, resell, distribute, upload, publish, teach from, modify, or create derivative products from any part of Model Ready without written permission.
Violation of this section may result in removal from the product/community without refund and may result in legal action.
8. Community Access and Conduct
If your purchase includes access to a private Telegram group, community, or similar space, you agree to behave respectfully.
You may not harass, bully, threaten, spam, advertise without permission, share inappropriate content, share private member information, or create an unsafe environment.
Model Ready reserves the right to remove any member from the community at any time, without refund, if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, unsafe, or violates these Terms.
Community access may change, move platforms, or be discontinued at any time. If changes are made, reasonable efforts will be made to notify customers.
9. Bonus Resources and Future Updates
Some purchases may include bonus resources, templates, checklists, future updates, or additional educational materials.
Future updates are provided at the discretion of Model Ready. While we may add new resources over time, we do not guarantee a specific number, format, schedule, or type of future update.
10. Marketing Emails and Communication
By purchasing, you agree to receive necessary transactional emails related to your purchase, including receipts, access codes, access instructions, product delivery, community information, and important product updates.
Marketing emails, such as modeling tips, promotions, launch announcements, bonus resources, and educational content, will only be sent where permitted by law and/or where you have provided consent when required.
