3. No Refund Policy

All sales made through our Stan Store are final and non-refundable, under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you waive any right to request a refund or file a chargeback.

Once you gain access to any part of the Program (including recordings, live sessions, digital resources, or community tools), your payment is considered earned and non-reversible.

4. Results Disclaimer

There are no guarantees of results, earnings, or performance. Your success depends entirely on your own effort, consistency, and implementation.

We reserve the right to remove you from the Program and/or community (if applicable) without refund for any violations of these terms, including but not limited to:

  • Disrespectful behavior

  • Misuse or distribution of materials

By enrolling, you agree that Uprise Investments LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages related to your participation in this Program.

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved within that jurisdiction.
