A 6-week program for dancers who are talented, hardworking — and still feel like they're disappearing inside their own art.
You fell into survival mode.
Somewhere between your first audition and now, your body learned that dancing means being judged. So it started protecting you - monitoring every move, comparing you to everyone in the room, shutting down the parts of you that felt too exposed, too risky, too much.
"Before I started it, I felt so alone with my feelings. I thought I was the only one experiencing it." - Ellie, Professional Dancer.
THE REAL PROBLEM
This isn't a talent problem.
The dancers getting the opportunities you want aren't necessarily more talented than you.
They're less in their own way.
They've stopped performing for approval — and started performing from themselves. There's a quality in them that's hard to name but impossible to ignore. A presence. A freedom. A certainty that doesn't come from technique.
You can feel the difference. You've seen it in the room.
That quality isn't something you're born with. It's something you learn.
That's what this program is for.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF:
You walk into auditions already bracing for impact, trying to read the room and figure out what they want from you
You're in your head while you're performing - overthinking every moment
You leave class, auditions, or rehearsals feeling like you held back - even when you were trying your hardest
You compare yourself constantly, and it makes you smaller instead of better
Auditions and performances make you feel stressed more than excited
I'm a professional dancer. I danced with Batsheva Dance Company Ensemble, and since 2023 I've been working with Shahar Binyamini as a dancer, rehearsal director, stager and assistant choreographer. I'm also a Gaga teacher. Across my career I've worked with 1,500+ dancers, in companies, studios and intensives around the world.
I'm also a trained coach. The tools in this program come from that training, applied to the one thing I kept seeing happen to dancers.
I built this program because I spent years inside survival mode myself, in rooms where I already had a place. I was the one standing in my own way, and I couldn't see it. Booking the job never fixed it. So I know this from both sides. From inside it, and from the front of the room - where you can see it on a dancer before they've finished the phrase.
THE 6 WEEKS
Week 1 — The Survival Performer. What happened to you, and what it's been costing.
Week 2 — Losing Yourself. Trace the moment it started, and the versions of yourself you've been performing.
Week 3 — Trusting Yourself Again. Rebuild trust with your own body. Monitoring turns back into feeling.
Week 4 — Fear of Being Seen. The deepest layer. What you're actually afraid of when you perform.
Week 5 — Becoming The Artist. Go back and find the version of you who created freely, before any of this.
Week 6 — Future Leading Build forward. An identity you lead with.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
✦ 6 weekly lessons — the full Detox system, designed to go in order, one week at a time
✦ The Rejection Reset Protocol™ — a step-by-step process for returning to yourself after rejection, so every "no" makes you sharper instead of smaller
✦ The Artist Reflection Workbook — deep-dive prompts and exercises to reconnect with who you are as an artist (different from the lesson exercises - this goes further)
✦ Lifetime access + all future updates — yours to revisit whenever you need a reset.
Self-paced. All six lessons unlock the moment you join, and each one takes about 30-40 minutes.
"Today I did the trusting yourself class and I realised I'm here to explore myself. I'm going through a period where I deeply needed this knowledge, and I can see how I'm changing by doing this work." - Hila, Dancer.
WHERE THIS COMES FROM
I didn't take one course and start coaching.
I trained in NLP. I've studied Kabbalah. I do shadow work — unraveling the parts of ourselves we've decided not to look at, which with dancers is usually the most interesting material in the room. And I've spent years studying and testing all of it on real people, one at a time. I'm not loyal to one method. I use what works on this specific problem.
The other half of it is the room. I've spent my career as a dancer, and years on the other side of it — teaching, staging, rehearsal directing. You can see this pattern on a dancer before they've finished the phrase. I watched it for years before I had a name for it.
The six weeks are built in the order the pattern comes apart. First you understand what happened. Then you trace where it started. Then you rebuild trust with your own body. Then you go into what you're actually afraid of. Then you find the artist underneath it. Then you build forward from there.
It isn't a mindset hack and it isn't therapy. It's a structured process, done in order.
Confidence doesn't come from external validation. It comes from internal clarity.
You adapted. You survived. You learned how to perform in a world that kept telling you to be more, better, different.
And now - you're ready to return.
The Performance Detox. $127.
For dancers who are done surviving their art.
"I started a new project as a freelance dancer and I had to tell you, because the Detox helped me so much. It's been a while since the last job I got. I look at my career and my actions differently now, and I feel so much more confident in how I show up. It worked lol." - Emily, Freelance Dancer.
