As a Mother of two daughters, a wife, Postpartum Doula, a Death Doula, Birth Educator, Lactation Education Counselor, Nutritionist, Hypnosis & Reiki Practitioner, Prenatal Yoga Teacher, Certified Business & Life Coach, and much more... over the past decade plus I have experienced a lot within the Birth and Motherhood realms.
