MedAesthetics Academy was founded with a simple mission: to provide world-class medical aesthetics training that transforms passionate individuals into confident, skilled professionals.
Our founder, Amy Ingle, recognized a gap in the industry. Too many practitioners were entering the field without proper training, leading to poor results and safety concerns. She assembled a training program to include educational material, hands on training, blogs, resources for continued growth, and podcasts: Sweet Spot MediSpa and Glow Up and Get Real Podcasts. This creates a well rounded curriculum that doesn't just teach techniques, but builds true expertise.
Amy Ingle, BSN, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, with over 30 years of nursing and 20 years of aesthetics, opened her medical spa practice eight years ago with the intention of providing both men and women with the most advanced facial and body rejuvenation therapies. Amy graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing in 1995 from the University of Missouri, Columbia. She received a Master’s degree in nursing with honors from South University in Savannah, Georgia, further cultivating her considerable nursing expertise. She is currently an advanced registered nurse practitioner licensed to practice in Florida with certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Amy is a member of American Med Spa Association, AMSPA Florida Chapter, Florida Association of Nurse Practitioners Region 5, APRN Practice Ownership Group, and Florida's Legislative Committee. Her efforts have achieved top 50 in the nation for three years, Evolus sales in the field of medical spas and plastic surgeons, and has made the top provider for Revance RHA collection of fillers in the Southwest Florida area.
Amy has trained many medical providers in the art of injectables and continues her education by traveling the world for the latest in facial and body aesthetic rejuvenation. She is the current founder and owner of two Sweet Spot MediSpa locations and trainer and owner of MedAesthetics Academy, a concierge and VIP training program in the art of injectables and business start ups and management.
