Onsite Injectable Training – Payment Policy

Booking & Deposits

To secure your training date, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total training fee is required. Training dates are only confirmed once the deposit is received. A payment link will be emailed to you a few days after you book your course.

Balance Payment

The remaining 70% of your training fee is due no later than 7 days before your scheduled training. Late payments may result in rescheduling or cancellation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new training date if you request rescheduling at least 14 days in advance. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled training will forfeit the deposit. There is no rescheduling fee.

No-Show Policy

If you are not present at the scheduled time and location, your deposit will be forfeited. Additional fees may apply for rebooking.

Travel Charges

Travel charges apply only for Concierge Trainings conducted at your location. All travel fees will be disclosed prior to booking.

Confirmation

A confirmation email with training details and payment receipt will be sent upon receiving your deposit.
