1. Introduction
By purchasing and/or accessing the Ultimate UGC Course, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 2. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Ultimate UGC Course, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers of any kind. Once you have purchased the course, you will have full access to all materials and are responsible for completing the course on your own schedule.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content within the Ultimate UGC Course, including but not limited to videos, written materials, templates, and any other resources provided, is the exclusive property of Megan Collier LLC. By accessing the course, you agree that:
You will not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material in the course, except as necessary for your personal, non-commercial use.
You will not sell, resell, license, sublicense, transfer, distribute, or otherwise exploit the course content for any commercial purposes.
You will not share your access to the course with anyone else or allow others to use your account.
You will not engage in any activity that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of Megan Collier LLC.
4. Prohibition Against Unauthorized Sharing and Use
You may not share, forward, distribute, or otherwise provide access to any course materials to any third party without prior written consent from Megan Collier LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing login credentials, downloading and distributing course content, and sharing content via social media or other platforms.
5. Reporting Unauthorized Use
If you become aware of any unauthorized use or distribution of the Ultimate UGC Course content, you are required to report this immediately to Megan Collier LLC at [insert contact email]. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against anyone found violating these terms.
6. Termination of Access
Megan Collier LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to the Ultimate UGC Course at any time if you are found to be in violation of these terms and conditions. In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to a refund.

10. Use of Success Stories and Testimonials
By participating in the Ultimate UGC Course, you agree that Megan Collier LLC may use your success stories, feedback, or testimonials for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:
Content Types: We may collect and utilize any posts, comments, reviews, direct messages (DMs), emails, or other communications you make in relation to the Ultimate UGC Course. This may include screenshots of posts you make in the course's Facebook group, comments you share on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), and any messages or feedback sent via email, DMs, or other channels.
Full Names: By submitting a testimonial or sharing your success story, you consent to Megan Collier LLC using your full name, profile name (if shared on social media), or any other identifying information included in your posts or communications. This will allow us to provide authenticity and transparency to others who may benefit from your experience.
Media: In addition to text-based testimonials, you agree that Megan Collier LLC may use any images, videos, or other media you have shared in connection with the Ultimate UGC Course. This includes sharing these materials on our website, social media platforms, promotional emails, advertisements, or other forms of marketing.
Opting Out: If you do not wish for your success story, testimonial, or any part of your communications to be used for these purposes, you may contact us at megan@colliercreatives.com to request removal or exclusion from future marketing materials.
