You’ve probably watched my videos and felt like I was in your brain right? It resonated deeply, but it’s not the full picture. 

You know the fear of being seen is a big one for you (so is the desire to be seen. Frustrating, I know). 

But what that specific loop of hiding is for you, why you do it, and a strategy to help you come out of hiding is where you’d like my help.  

When you book your session, you’ll fill out the below in-depth audit/questionnaire of your current behaviours and relationship with being seen. 

Please fill this out in as much detail as you think would be helpful for me to know. 

In part one of our session together, I’ll give you my “diagnosis” (I’m not a therapist, it’s not actually a diagnosis, but it felt fun to use this word lol) of why the fear of being seen exists so loudly for you.

Part two, we're going to look at your daily behaviours and choices currently exacerbating this fear loop.

How you choose to ideate, plan, create, execute, edit, build etc. 

The problem is most of them have become so automatic to us, we’ve stopped asking if they’re building the life we want or even feel good to do. 

These are your “blind spots”, and I’m going to help you identify how you're currently choosing to build towards your dreams of doing what you love, which are actually causing you to hide. And then we shift them. 

These small, incremental shifts that won’t look “big” by any means, but they’ll feel energising, light, and like someone’s re-sparked your enthusiasm and hope in your dreams (that “someone” is you trusting you) 

It's the strategy that will actually shift where you find yourself in 3,6,12 months from now.

After the session, you will also be sent your very own guided audio for support in those moments when this familiar fear loop shows up. I'm not expecting you to "get rid of this fear" overnight. So think of this tool like having me in your pocket in the moments you need the reminder you're safe to be seen.

You are not broken, and your fear isn’t something to feel ashamed of. 

We just need to get to the truth of what’s causing you to hide, remove the shame around it, and then put a strategy in place that makes being seen as yourself actually possible.

  • You are struggling to get yourself out of hiding and feeling unsafe to be seen

Instead, you can see it, process it, and have a specific strategy in place that helps you create the thing anyway.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and each of its directors, officers employees, and agents, harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or relating to (i) your breach of this Agreement, (ii) any violation by you of law or the rights of any third party, (iii) any materials, information, works and/or other content of whatever nature or media that you post or share on or through the Site, (iv) your use of the Site or any services that the Company may provide via the Site, and (v) your conduct in connection with the Site or the services or with other users of the Site or the services.
