14-Day At-Home Beginner Fitness Plan

$1

You don’t need a gym membership, fancy equipment, or an hour of free time. You need a realistic plan you can do at home—even with a toddler running around—and small wins that actually fit your life. This 14-day plan + 3-day simple meal guide was created for moms who want to feel stronger, calmer, and more in control again.

What you get inside

✅ 14 days of at-home workouts (20 minutes or less)
• Full-body, cardio, core, and lower-body days mapped out for you
• Every day includes Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced options, so you can match your energy (or sleep) level that day
• All movements are low-impact and mom-friendly—no burpees, no wild jumps, no equipment needed MOM MOMENTUM FIT

✅ Built-in warm-up + cool-down guidance
• Simple 2-minute warm-up & stretch routine so you’re not guessing what to do before and after you move MOM MOMENTUM FIT

✅ 3-Day Simple Meal Guide (~1,800 calories/day)
• Three high-protein, realistic days of meals designed for busy moms
• ~1,800 calories/day with protein-focused meals to keep you full and energized
• Toddler-friendly swaps and “deconstructed” options so you’re not cooking two totally different meals MOM MOMENTUM FIT

✅ Mom-friendly modifications
• Suggestions if you’re brand new, coming back from a break, postpartum (with medical clearance), or just plain exhausted MOM MOMENTUM FIT

✅ A confidence-building finish
• A “Full Body Finisher” on Day 14 plus a gentle, intentional active recovery day so you end proud—not burnt out MOM MOMENTUM FIT

This is for you if…

• You’re a mom who feels “out of shape” and overwhelmed by where to start
• You want a clear plan instead of piecing together random TikTok workouts
• You only have 15–20 minutes a day (naps, after bedtime, or during Bluey)
• You want low-impact, realistic movement—not punishment
• You need something you can do at home with zero equipment

What a typical day looks like

Example – Day 1: Full Body Reset Flow
• Squats, push-ups (with wall and incline options), glute bridges, and a short plank
• You choose Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced based on how you feel that day
• Most days repeat a short circuit 2–3 times so you’re not memorizing complicated combos MOM MOMENTUM FIT

You can mention this quickly so moms see how simple it really is.

How to use this guide

  1. Pick your level each day (Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced).

  2. Follow the warm-up, do your 15–20 minutes, then cool down.

  3. Use the 3-Day Simple Meal Guide as a template—repeat your favorite days instead of trying to be perfect.

  4. If you miss a day, you’re not “behind.” Just start again with the next one. This is momentum, not perfection.

Q: How long do the workouts take?
Most days are designed to be done in 20 minutes or less, including warm-up and cool-down. MOM MOMENTUM FIT

Q: Do I need any equipment?
Nope. All workouts are bodyweight only and can be done in your living room, bedroom, or wherever you can find a little bit of floor space. MOM MOMENTUM FIT

Q: Is this safe postpartum?
This guide includes gentle options and low-impact moves. It’s intended to be postpartum-friendly with your doctor’s or provider’s clearance. Always listen to your body and go at your own pace. MOM MOMENTUM FIT

Q: I’m super out of shape. Will I be able to do this?
Yes. The Beginner level is specifically for brand-new, coming-back-from-a-break, or extra-tired days. You can stay at Beginner the whole time and still see progress. MOM MOMENTUM FIT

Q: What if my toddler interrupts me?
Welcome to mom life. The plan is written with “Mom Modifications” and the understanding that you might have tiny humans climbing on you. Pause if you need to, pick back up where you left off, and call it a win when you finish.
