Your access to and use of https://stan.store/Miss_Deshawnah and any related websites, pages, digital products, programs, materials, or services operated by Beyond Prosperity Consulting, collectively referred to as the “Site,” are subject to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws.
For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, Beyond Prosperity Consulting will be referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
1. SITE CONTENT AND LIMITED LICENSE
The Site, as well as all content, videos, training materials, digital products, downloads, templates, guides, workbooks, prompts, educational materials, graphics, photographs, recordings, documents, text, designs, software, and other materials made available through the Site, collectively referred to as the “Content,” are maintained by Beyond Prosperity Consulting for informational, educational, and personal-use purposes.
Unless otherwise stated, the Content is owned by or licensed to Beyond Prosperity Consulting.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use purchased Content for your own personal use.
Unless the specific product expressly provides commercial-use, resale, private-label, redistribution, or other licensing rights, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, share, resell, sublicense, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit Company Content without prior written permission from Beyond Prosperity Consulting.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained within that product.
2. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise noted, all original Content contained on or delivered through the Site is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, intellectual-property, and other laws.
No Content may be reproduced, distributed, sold, shared, published, or otherwise used except as expressly authorized by these Terms and Conditions or by written permission from Beyond Prosperity Consulting.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, distribution, copying, uploading, or sharing of Company Content may result in termination of access and may subject the responsible party to available legal remedies.
3. TRADEMARKS AND PROPRIETARY INFORMATION
Any trade names, logos, business names, product names, graphics, designs, images, brand elements, or other proprietary information appearing within Company Content are owned by the Company, licensed to the Company, or used with permission.
Nothing contained on the Site grants you a license or right to use any Company trademark, brand asset, proprietary material, or other intellectual property without prior written permission.
The Company respects the intellectual-property rights of others.
If you believe that material appearing on the Site infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights, please contact:
Beyond Prosperity Consulting

Please include your name, contact information, a description of the material at issue, the nature of your ownership rights, applicable registration information if available, the location of the material, and any other information reasonably necessary to evaluate your request.
4. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
The Company makes reasonable efforts to provide useful, accurate, and current information.
However, information, educational materials, technology, software, platforms, artificial-intelligence tools, business practices, social-media platforms, third-party services, and other subjects may change over time.
The Company does not guarantee that all information contained within the Site or its Content will always be complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every individual circumstance.
You are responsible for evaluating information before relying upon it.
5. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you purchase a product, register for a service, submit your information, or otherwise interact with the Company, you consent to receive transactional communications relating to your purchase, access, account, order, appointments, updates, and customer support electronically.
Where legally required, promotional or marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable consent requirements.
You may unsubscribe from optional marketing communications using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those communications.
6. CUSTOMER FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS
If you voluntarily provide the Company with suggestions, ideas, comments, testimonials, feedback, or other non-confidential submissions relating to Company products or services, you grant the Company permission to use that feedback for legitimate business purposes.
The Company will not intentionally claim ownership of intellectual property that you independently created merely because you contacted the Company.
Testimonials, photographs, videos, recordings, or other identifiable customer materials will only be publicly used to the extent permitted by applicable law and any permission granted by the customer.
7. SECURITY AND ACCESS
The Company uses commercially reasonable efforts to protect its systems and information.
However, no website, payment platform, internet transmission, password-protected service, cloud platform, or electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You acknowledge that you use online services at your own risk and are responsible for protecting your login credentials, devices, passwords, downloads, and account information.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Company system, product, account, file, or restricted area.
8. PRIVACY
The Company will handle personal information in accordance with its applicable Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Information may also be processed by third-party providers necessary to operate the business, including payment processors, website platforms, email providers, scheduling platforms, hosting providers, and other service providers.
By using the Site, you acknowledge that third-party services may have their own privacy policies and terms.
9. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AND EARNINGS DISCLAIMER
Company Content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
The Company does not guarantee that you will earn money, generate revenue, build a profitable business, obtain employment, increase sales, grow an audience, achieve a particular business result, or experience any specific financial outcome as a result of purchasing or using Company Content.
Examples, illustrations, case studies, strategies, projections, demonstrations, testimonials, or discussions of income or business opportunities are not guarantees of future results.
Your results depend on many factors outside the Company's control, including but not limited to your experience, knowledge, skills, effort, decisions, resources, market conditions, audience, business model, implementation, financial circumstances, consistency, and other individual factors.
You are solely responsible for evaluating opportunities and making your own business, financial, professional, and personal decisions.
The Company does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or individualized financial advice.
You should consult an appropriately licensed professional when professional advice is required.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND PLATFORMS
The Company may use or reference third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to Stan Store, Stripe, PayPal, email providers, artificial-intelligence platforms, social-media platforms, software providers, scheduling platforms, and internet-service providers.
The Company does not control these third-party platforms and is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, processing delays, software errors, platform malfunctions, discontinued features, or other actions taken by third-party providers.
Your use of third-party services may also be governed by the terms and policies of those providers.
11. DIGITAL PRODUCTS, FINAL SALES, AND REFUND POLICY
Because the Company sells digital products, downloadable materials, educational resources, templates, guides, prompts, workbooks, trainings, and other electronically delivered Content that may be accessed immediately after purchase, ALL DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Once a digital product, download link, course login, membership access, file, template, training, or other digital Content has been delivered or access has been granted, the Company does not offer:
Refunds
Returns
Exchanges
Cancellations
Store credits for change of mind
A customer will not ordinarily be entitled to a refund because the customer:
Changes their mind after purchasing;
Fails to use the product;
Does not complete the program or training;
Purchases the wrong product;
Fails to read the product description;
Decides the product is no longer needed;
Expected a particular financial or business result;
Lacks compatible software, equipment, internet access, or technical ability required to use the product; or
Experiences results different from those expected.
However, the Company wants customers to receive what they purchased.
If you experience a legitimate delivery problem, corrupted file, broken download, missing material, duplicate charge, or other technical issue with your purchase, contact:
byondprosperityco@gmail.com
Please include your name, purchase email, order information, and a description of the problem.
The Company may first attempt to correct the issue by replacing the file, restoring access, resending the product, correcting the charge, or providing other reasonable technical assistance.
Providing customer support or correcting a technical issue does not create a general refund, return, or exchange policy.
Nothing in this section eliminates rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
12. PAYMENT
You agree to pay all amounts associated with products or services that you purchase from the Company.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and a valid payment method.
Prices may change at any time for future purchases.
A later price reduction, coupon, promotion, special offer, or discount does not entitle a previous purchaser to a refund or price adjustment.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise not successfully completed, the Company may suspend or revoke access to the applicable product or service to the extent permitted by law.
Where a payment plan is offered, you remain responsible for the payment obligations presented and accepted at checkout.
13. COACHING, CONSULTATIONS, OR SCHEDULED CALLS
If your purchase includes a consultation, coaching session, strategy call, implementation session, or other scheduled appointment, you are responsible for scheduling and attending your appointment.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable product description, scheduled services are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled call, email:
byondprosperityco@gmail.com
Use the subject line:
CALL CANCELLATION - [DATE AND TIME OF CALL]
Your request must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
If you fail to attend your appointment or request cancellation or rescheduling with fewer than 48 hours' notice, you may forfeit that appointment without refund.
The Company may make exceptions in its sole discretion when unusual circumstances warrant doing so. Granting one exception does not require the Company to make future exceptions.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS OWNERS, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, CONTENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES.
THIS MAY INCLUDE LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, OR OTHER ECONOMIC LOSS.
THE SITE, CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS EXCEPT WHERE OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY STATED.
THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR DIGITAL CONTENT WILL BE COMPLETELY UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY DEVICE, SOFTWARE PROGRAM, OR THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to every customer.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beyond Prosperity Consulting and its owners, contractors, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, and reasonable legal fees arising from or relating to:
Your material violation of these Terms and Conditions;
Your unlawful use of the Site or Company Content;
Your violation of another person's intellectual-property or legal rights;
Content that you submit or distribute through Company services; or
Fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, or unlawful conduct associated with your use of Company products or services.
The Company reserves the right to control the defense of any matter subject to indemnification where permitted by law.
16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
Because Beyond Prosperity Consulting has not yet been formally organized as a Wyoming business entity, these Terms do not represent that the Company is currently incorporated, organized, or registered in Wyoming.
Until the Company formally establishes its business jurisdiction, these Terms and any dispute arising from them will be governed by the applicable laws governing the Company's principal place of business and the transaction at issue, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
Once Beyond Prosperity Consulting is formally organized or registered in a specific jurisdiction, including Wyoming if applicable, the Company may update this section to identify that jurisdiction and the appropriate courts or dispute-resolution procedures.
Nothing in these Terms limits any legal right that cannot lawfully be waived.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
17. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
The Company reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to suspend or terminate access to Company Content or services if a user:
Materially violates these Terms and Conditions;
Shares, reproduces, resells, or distributes protected Content without authorization;
Attempts unauthorized access;
Engages in fraud or unlawful activity;
Harasses, threatens, or abuses the Company, its representatives, or other customers; or
Fails to satisfy applicable payment obligations.
Termination for a material violation of these Terms does not automatically create a right to a refund.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The Company may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically.
Any updated version will become effective when posted unless another effective date is stated.
Material changes affecting an existing purchase will not retroactively eliminate rights that cannot lawfully be modified.
You should periodically review these Terms for updates.
19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions, together with any applicable Privacy Policy, product description, checkout terms, refund policy, licensing terms, or written agreement specifically associated with a purchase, constitute the agreement between you and the Company concerning your use of the applicable Site, product, or service.
If specific written terms associated with a particular product conflict with these general Terms, the more specific product terms will govern that product to the extent legally permitted.
