Rental laws and requirements vary substantially by jurisdiction. Nothing contained in our Products represents that a particular rental strategy is lawful, permitted, profitable, or appropriate in your location.
Before operating a rental property, you are responsible for investigating and complying with all applicable:
Federal, state, and local laws
Zoning requirements
Short-term and mid-term rental regulations
Licensing and permitting requirements
Tax obligations
Lease provisions
Landlord requirements
HOA or condominium rules

Insurance requirements
Platform rules

Our educational Products may also discuss alternative operating structures such as landlord-approved rental arbitrage, partnerships, property-management arrangements, or other rental structures.

7. ASSUMPTION OF BUSINESS RISK

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all Products and associated materials are owned by or licensed to Komar Labs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your purchase grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased Product for your personal educational use.
Unless you receive prior written authorization from Komar Labs LLC, you may not:
Copy or reproduce Products for distribution
Share login credentials or Product files
Resell or redistribute Products
Upload Products to file-sharing services
Publish Product materials publicly or privately for others
Create substantially derivative commercial products from our materials
Remove copyright or proprietary notices
Represent our materials as your own
Use protected Product content to train, fine-tune, or create datasets for third-party artificial-intelligence systems
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
9. PAYMENTS & BILLING
Prices are displayed before purchase and may be changed for future purchases at any time.
Purchases may be processed through third-party payment providers.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount presented to you at checkout.
If you select a payment plan, you remain responsible for payments required under that plan, subject to applicable law and the terms presented at checkout.
Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of Product access.
10. REFUNDS
Except where otherwise required by applicable law, sales of digital Products are final once access to the Product has been provided.
Because digital Products may be delivered immediately and cannot meaningfully be returned, we generally do not provide refunds, exchanges, or credits based on:
Change of mind
Failure to use the Product
Dissatisfaction with business results
Failure to achieve a particular result
Financial hardship
Purchasing by mistake after completing checkout
If a technical problem prevents you from accessing a purchased Product, contact komarlabs09@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
11. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you experience a billing or Product-access issue, we encourage you to contact us at komarlabs09@gmail.com before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to address the issue.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of Product access.
We reserve the right to contest payment disputes using transaction records, checkout records, Product-access records, communications, acceptance records, and other relevant documentation.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law or your payment provider's rules.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our Products or websites may reference, link to, integrate with, or rely upon third-party platforms, websites, applications, products, or services.
Komar Labs LLC does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their availability, policies, pricing, security, performance, content, or changes.
Third-party platforms may modify or discontinue their products, features, policies, or pricing at any time.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms, policies, and conditions.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Komar Labs LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your purchase, access to, or use of our Products.
This includes, where permitted by law, lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of data, or business interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's aggregate liability arising from a particular Product will not exceed the amount you actually paid to Komar Labs LLC for that Product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Komar Labs LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:
Your unlawful use of our Products
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of another person's rights
Your operation of a business or rental property
Your failure to obtain legally required permissions, licenses, permits, or approvals
15. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
We may suspend or terminate access to Products if you materially violate these Terms, engage in fraud or unlawful conduct, distribute protected materials without authorization, or otherwise misuse our Products.
Where reasonably appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve a violation.
Serious fraud, piracy, unauthorized distribution, security abuse, or unlawful conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Termination does not transfer or waive our intellectual-property rights.
16. MARKETING & ADVERTISING
Our marketing may contain historical revenue examples, case studies, testimonials, screenshots, or descriptions of past results.
Such materials must be considered together with applicable disclosures and should not be interpreted as guarantees, promises, or projections of future performance.
Historical results describe what occurred under the circumstances presented and do not establish what another person will achieve.
17. INTERNATIONAL USERS
Our Products may be accessible to customers outside the United States.
If you access or purchase Products from another jurisdiction, you are responsible for determining whether your use of the Product and any business activities you undertake comply with applicable local laws.

Any invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.
21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with any applicable checkout terms, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Earnings & Results Disclaimer, and additional terms expressly presented in connection with a particular Product, constitute the agreement between you and Komar Labs LLC concerning that Product.
