Across four private sessions, I offer personal guidance and targeted Liquid Light healing shaped around your situation. Together, we explore what lies beneath the struggle and work toward relief that you can feel and changes you can carry into your life.
How we work together
I begin by listening to what you are facing and what you hope will change. We talk about what you have already tried and where you still feel stuck. You have space to speak openly and be understood, so our work begins with a fuller picture of your experience.
Together, we explore how earlier wounds and learned protections may still influence your life. Emotional and symbolic exploration helps us identify a meaningful focus for healing, guided by what fits your experience.
From there, I guide you through Liquid Light healing tailored to what has surfaced. Communion with God is at the heart of this work. Visualization and energetic healing help us work with the emotions and protections you feel ready to release while strengthening what you wish to embody. We may focus on feeling steadier within yourself or restoring trust in your own choices. Your needs give the healing its direction.
We also address the circumstances that need your attention now. Each session includes practical guidance and a clear next step. You’ll have healing practices to return to between calls.
Meeting across a month gives us time to follow what changes and work through what remains difficult. We adapt the healing as your needs become clearer. My intention is for you to experience greater relief and connection with yourself, with practices that help you continue the work beyond our sessions.

When does the month begin?
Your month begins with our first session. You’ll choose that appointment when booking, and we’ll arrange the remaining three together, aiming to meet weekly.
How does support between sessions work?
You’re welcome to email me with reflections or questions connected to our work. I respond within 24 hours. Email helps us stay connected as you put things into practice, with deeper exploration during our calls.
What if I need to reschedule?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice so we can find another time. We’ll aim to complete all four sessions within five weeks of starting. If something unexpected happens, reach out so we can discuss it.
Do I need experience with Liquid Light Healing?
You can begin exactly where you are. I’ll guide you through the practices we use, and we’ll choose what feels meaningful and comfortable for you. Your questions and spiritual perspective are welcome.
Do I need to join the Sanctuary community?
This offering is fully private, and community membership is optional.
Is this a recurring payment?
The $444 payment covers the complete package, with no automatic renewal. If you would like to continue afterward, we can discuss that together.
