You already know how to take care of everyone else. That part you've mastered.
What's harder is the five minutes where nobody needs anything from you. Where you're not solving, scheduling, or bracing for the next thing. Most of us don't skip that time because we don't value it. We skip it because we don't know what to do with it.
That's what this is for.
The Joy Reset Collection is 10 guided meditations, each one built on the same four steps: Settle. See. Feel. Match. You can do one in the car before you walk into the house. On your lunch break with the door closed. At 9pm when the house finally goes quiet.
The companion guide gives you a page for each meditation, so what comes up while you're listening has somewhere to land instead of evaporating the second someone calls your name.
Joy isn't waiting at the bottom of your to-do list. It's already in you. These are just the five minutes where you remember that.
10 guided audio meditations you can download and keep
A companion guide with a prompt page for each meditation

You've tried meditation apps and never stuck with them
You have ten minutes, not an hour
You want something that meets you where you are instead of asking you to become someone else first
I'm not teaching you this from the outside. In 2019 I lost nearly everything I owned in an apartment fire. What rebuilt my life wasn't a program. It was the small, unglamorous practices I could do with what I already had: quiet, breath, a notebook, gratitude that I had to practice before I could feel.
These are those practices. I'm just handing you the version I wish someone had handed me.
