My Beet Juice Routine I Used During Pregnancy

My Beet Juice Routine I Used During Pregnancy

The simple beet juice routine I used during pregnancy + still use postpartum

This wasn’t a magic drink. It was one small habit inside a much bigger change.

I was pregnant, started pregnancy at 232 lbs, and dealing with blood pressure readings that concerned me.

I took the medication my doctor recommended, but I knew I couldn’t expect my doctor or medication to do all the work.

I had to do my part, too.

I started monitoring my blood pressure at home, writing down my readings, improving my nutrition, moving my body when medically appropriate, and building simple habits I could actually repeat.

One of those habits was beet juice.

During this pregnancy, my medical team continued monitoring my blood pressure while I moitored at home as well and worked on my overall nutrition, movement and daily habits. Any medication changes were made by my healthcare provider based on my individual medical care not because of beet juice alone.

I created this FREE guide to show you the simple beet juice routine I used during pregnancy and continue using postpartum.

Inside you’ll learn:

• How I prepared my beet juice

• How much I personally drank

• When I drank it

• Why beets may support normal blood-vessel function and circulation

• How I tracked my blood pressure at home

• The other pregnancy habits I paired with it

• What my personal blood-pressure journey looked like

This isn’t about finding a magic drink.

THIS WAS NEVER JUST ABOUT A NUMBER.

My goal was healthier pregnancy habits, growing a healthy baby, and feeling confident during my pregnancy and enter postpartum looking and feeling better than when I started.

HI, I’M NESHIA.

My first pregnancy and my later pregnancies looked completely different.

I learned that pregnancy didn’t have to mean completely losing myself, abandoning my routines, or waiting until postpartum to start caring for me again.

During one of my pregnancies, I started at 232 lbs and had elevated blood-pressure readings. I took the medication my doctor recommended while also becoming more intentional about the things I could control my nutrition, movement, monitoring and daily habits.

I tracked my blood pressure at home, kept a handwritten log and brought my progress into conversations with my medical team.

As my readings improved, my doctor reviewed my results and ultimately made the medical decision to discontinue my blood-pressure medication. My readings remained in a healthy range.

That experience changed the way I approach pregnancy wellness today.

Now I help pregnant and postpartum moms build realistic nutrition, movement and lifestyle structure without feeling like they have to lose themselves in motherhood.

It’s about learning how one small habit can fit into a bigger pregnancy wellness routine.

This guide shares my personal experience and is for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a replacement for prenatal care, prescribed medication, diagnosis, or treatment. Always speak with your prenatal healthcare provider about your individual needs.
