TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of, access to, and participation in products, programs, courses, communities, coaching calls, digital materials, e-books, workbooks, videos, events, and other services offered by Nick Peace, @iamnickpeace, including but not limited to The Other Side: From Pain to Peace, Peace Inner Circle, Peace Lifestyle System, The Walk Away E-Book, and any other products or services offered under the Nick Peace brand (collectively, the “Programs”).
By purchasing, accessing, downloading, registering for, or participating in any Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. IMPORTANT SELF-HELP & MENTAL HEALTH DISCLAIMER
Nick Peace is not acting as a licensed physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, counselor, social worker, or other licensed healthcare or mental-health professional through these Programs.
The Programs are self-help, personal development, coaching, motivational, and educational resources only.
Nothing contained in any Program, video, coaching call, community discussion, workbook, e-book, social-media post, email, live stream, message, or other communication from Nick Peace is intended to constitute or replace medical advice, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, counseling, or other professional healthcare services.
Participation in a Program does not create a therapist-client, physician-patient, counselor-client, or other licensed healthcare professional relationship.
You should not disregard, delay, or discontinue professional medical or mental-health care because of information presented through a Program.
If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, suicidal thoughts, thoughts of harming yourself or another person, abuse, or another emergency, do not rely on a Program or community for emergency assistance. Contact appropriate emergency services or a qualified healthcare or mental-health professional.
2. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
The Programs are intended to provide information, reflection exercises, coaching perspectives, tools, and personal-development frameworks.
You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, relationships, health, safety, and well-being.
Some Programs discuss emotionally sensitive subjects, including relationships, rejection, betrayal, grief, anger, resentment, forgiveness, boundaries, painful experiences, and past hurt. You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you and for seeking professional support when appropriate.
You may stop an exercise or discussion at any time if you believe it is not appropriate for you.
3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Nick Peace does not guarantee any particular personal, emotional, relationship, financial, professional, or other outcome from participating in a Program.
Testimonials, examples, stories, reviews, or experiences shared by Nick Peace or Program participants represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Your results depend on many factors, including your circumstances, participation, decisions, consistency, and implementation.
4. THE OTHER SIDE: FROM PAIN TO PEACE
The Other Side: From Pain to Peace is a self-help and personal-development coaching program.
The Program may include:
Self-paced coaching sessions;
Digital videos and educational materials;
Guided workbooks and exercises;
Access to Peace Inner Circle;
Group coaching and Q&A calls;
E-books, courses, downloads, and other bonuses; and
Additional resources announced from time to time.
The phrases “healing,” “from pain to peace,” “face it,” “release it,” “find redemption,” “get free,” and similar language used throughout the Program refer to personal-development and self-help concepts. They are not representations that the Program provides medical or psychological treatment or will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental-health condition.
5. PEACE INNER CIRCLE & COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION
Peace Inner Circle is a private personal-development community and is not a therapy group, support group operated by licensed mental-health professionals, crisis service, or medical service.
Members may discuss personal experiences and offer encouragement to one another. Statements made by other members represent their own views and should not be considered professional advice or recommendations from Nick Peace.
By participating, you agree to communicate respectfully and not engage in harassment, threats, discrimination, bullying, solicitation, spam, or other disruptive behavior.
We reserve the right to remove posts, comments, or members that violate these Terms or community standards.
Removal from a community for violation of these Terms does not entitle the participant to a refund.
6. GROUP COACHING CALLS
Any live calls included with a Program are group coaching, educational, and Q&A sessions, not private therapy or healthcare appointments.
Participation does not guarantee that Nick Peace will answer every question or personally coach every participant during every call.
Schedules, dates, frequency, format, and availability of calls may occasionally change. Reasonable changes to scheduling or delivery do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Participants should not disclose information during group calls that they would not want other participants to hear.
7. PRIVACY WITHIN THE COMMUNITY
We ask all members to respect the privacy of other participants.
You may not record, screenshot, copy, publish, distribute, repost, or publicly identify another member's personal story, post, comment, question, image, video, or participation without that person's permission.
However, absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in a group or online community environment.
By participating, you acknowledge that other members are independent third parties and that Nick Peace cannot guarantee that another participant will comply with confidentiality expectations.
For that reason, use discretion when sharing sensitive personal information.
8. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & ACCESS
Program access is provided solely to the individual purchaser unless expressly stated otherwise.
You may not share your login credentials or provide another person with access to paid Program materials.
Access may be suspended or terminated if we reasonably determine that an account is being shared, Program materials are being redistributed, or these Terms are otherwise being violated.
9. ALL SALES FINAL — NO REFUNDS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Because Programs include digital content, intellectual property, downloadable materials, videos, workbooks, community access, bonuses, and/or other resources that may become available immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits once a purchase has been completed, except where required by applicable law.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are purchasing digital and/or immediately accessible services and materials;
You receive access to some or all purchased materials immediately;
You have reviewed the Program description and pricing before purchasing; and
You understand and accept the No Refund Policy before completing your purchase.
Failure to complete the Program, attend live calls, access the community, download materials, or use your purchase does not create a right to a refund.
The FTC has recently taken enforcement action where sellers failed to clearly disclose or honor their stated refund/cancellation terms, so I would also put “All Sales Final — No Refunds” directly near the checkout button, rather than relying only on these Terms.
10. PAYMENT PLANS
If you select a payment plan, you are agreeing to pay the entire purchase price, not purchasing a month-to-month subscription unless the offer specifically states otherwise.
A payment plan divides the total purchase price into installments. It does not allow you to cancel the remaining payments simply because you stop participating in or using the Program.
You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method provided according to the payment schedule disclosed at checkout.
If a scheduled payment fails, Program and community access may be suspended until the account is brought current.
You remain responsible for outstanding installments to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. SUBSCRIPTIONS & AUTOMATIC RENEWALS
If Nick Peace offers a recurring membership or subscription in the future, the applicable price, billing frequency, automatic-renewal terms, and cancellation procedure will be disclosed before purchase.
Recurring charges will continue until canceled according to the terms presented at enrollment.
Subscription cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not ordinarily create a refund for previous billing periods, except where required by law.
Automatic-renewal rules are an area to have counsel monitor closely. Arizona lawmakers have been considering specific requirements concerning clear renewal disclosures and straightforward cancellation procedures, while federal regulators continue pursuing businesses over unclear recurring charges and difficult cancellation processes.
12. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate the issue.
Initiating a chargeback does not automatically invalidate these Terms or the No Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to provide the payment processor or financial institution with evidence relating to the transaction, including checkout records, acceptance of these Terms, account-access records, delivery records, communications, and other relevant information.
Fraudulent or intentionally false payment disputes may result in immediate termination of Program access.
Nothing in this section limits rights provided to consumers by applicable law.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all Program materials are owned by or licensed to Nick Peace and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
This includes, without limitation:
The Other Side: From Pain to Peace, Peace Inner Circle, Peace Lifestyle System, The Walk Away E-Book, videos, recordings, coaching materials, frameworks, worksheets, workbooks, graphics, logos, written content, downloads, course structures, presentations, and other Program materials.
Your purchase provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal purposes.
You may not:
Copy or reproduce Program materials for distribution;
Share paid materials with non-purchasers;
Resell or sublicense materials;
Upload materials to another website, course, community, or file-sharing service;
Record or redistribute paid videos or live calls;
Use the Programs to create a competing course, coaching program, workbook, or product;
Remove copyright or ownership notices; or
Otherwise commercially exploit Program materials without written permission.
14. RECORDING OF LIVE SESSIONS
Some group coaching calls, events, or sessions may be recorded for replay or Program purposes.
When recording is planned, participants should be informed.
By voluntarily participating on camera, speaking, or submitting a question during a recorded session after receiving notice that the session is being recorded, you consent to the capture of your participation for the purposes disclosed at that time.
If you do not wish to appear in a recording, you should keep your camera and microphone off and avoid submitting personally identifying information during the recorded portion.
15. USER CONTENT
When you voluntarily post content within a Program community, you retain ownership of your original content.
You grant us the limited permission necessary to host, display, and make that content available within the community as part of operating the Program.
We will not use a participant's personal story, photograph, testimonial, name, or likeness in public advertising solely because it was posted inside the private community. Separate permission may be requested before such material is used for marketing purposes.
16. TESTIMONIALS
If you voluntarily provide a testimonial and separately authorize its use for marketing, it may be edited for length, spelling, grammar, or formatting provided the meaning of your statement is not materially changed.
Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of results.
If an incentive is ever provided in connection with a testimonial or review, that relationship should be appropriately disclosed.
17. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Programs may be hosted or delivered through third-party platforms, payment processors, email providers, community platforms, video services, or other technology providers.
Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Nick Peace is not responsible for temporary outages, interruptions, or technical failures caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
18. MODIFICATIONS TO PROGRAMS
We may periodically update, improve, reorganize, replace, or modify Program materials.
We may also change platforms, scheduling, community features, or methods of delivery when reasonably necessary to operate or improve a Program.
Material changes will not intentionally deprive purchasers of the core product or service they purchased.
19. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access when a participant materially violates these Terms, including through harassment, threats, fraudulent activity, unauthorized sharing of materials, infringement of intellectual property, illegal conduct, or behavior that materially disrupts the community.
Where appropriate, we may provide a warning before termination, but immediate removal may occur where reasonably necessary to protect the community, other members, the business, or its intellectual property.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nick Peace and affiliated businesses, contractors, team members, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in or use of a Program.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any aggregate liability arising from a Program will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific Program giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
21. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nick Peace and applicable affiliated entities, employees, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims arising from your unlawful conduct, your infringement of another person's rights, your unauthorized distribution of Program materials, or your material violation of these Terms.
22. AGE REQUIREMENT
Programs are intended for adults age 18 or older, unless a particular Program expressly states otherwise.
By purchasing or participating, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.
23. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
Any venue or dispute-resolution provision should be reviewed by your attorney before publication, particularly because Programs may be sold to consumers throughout the United States and internationally.
24. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
25. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to Programs, business practices, or applicable law.
The “Last Updated” date will identify the most recent version.
Changes will apply prospectively except where otherwise permitted or required by law.
