All Sales Are Final - NO REFUNDS
All purchases are final and nonrefundable once payment is completed, except where required by law or if Coached by Nick Koeu is unable to provide the purchased product or service. Missed appointments, unused services, and submissions not completed within the stated redemption period are not eligible for refunds. Rescheduling remains subject to the policy stated on the applicable product page.
Personal Use and Intellectual Property
All programs, plans, videos, critiques, documents, methods, written materials, recordings, and other content are the exclusive intellectual property of Coached by Nick Koeu. Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, nontransferable license for your own use only. Content may not be copied, recorded, shared, reproduced, published, distributed, modified, or resold without prior written permission.
