By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or make a purchase.

2. Educational Purpose

Our products and courses are provided for educational and informational purposes.

We do not guarantee employment, paid brand collaborations, business opportunities, income, or any particular result. Your outcomes depend on numerous factors, including your skills, efforts, experience, market conditions, and individual circumstances.

Nothing in our educational materials constitutes individualized legal, financial, or tax advice.

3. Purchases and Payment

Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change without notice.

Payments are processed through our designated checkout and payment service providers.

You agree to provide accurate purchase and contact information.

4. Course Access

Course purchases include twelve (12) months of access, beginning on the date of purchase.

During the access period, students may view course videos and access accompanying educational resources through the designated course platform.

Access expires automatically after twelve months. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge for continued access.

The Company may update, revise, or replace course content during the access period. We do not guarantee that every lesson will be continuously updated to reflect every industry or platform change.

We will use reasonable efforts to maintain access to purchased educational content during the stated access period, subject to necessary maintenance, technical interruptions, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Digital Delivery

Access instructions will be provided electronically following successful payment.

Students are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, internet connection, and valid email address.

If you experience difficulty accessing a purchased product, contact us at nina@cca-hub.com so we can investigate and assist.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our products contain digital educational materials that may be accessed immediately, purchases are generally final and non-refundable.

No refunds are provided solely because a student changes their mind, does not complete the course, or does not achieve a desired result.

If a product cannot be delivered, or a material technical problem prevents access and cannot reasonably be resolved, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include restoring access or issuing a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

All videos, lessons, text, graphics, worksheets, templates, branding, and other materials are owned by the Company or used under applicable licenses.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased educational materials for your own learning and business development.

You may download designated worksheets and resources for your personal use, including continued personal use after course access expires.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share, sublicense, or commercially reproduce course materials without prior written authorization.

You may use the skills and general knowledge learned in the course to create your own original work and operate your own business.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your course login information.

You may not share your account credentials or provide unauthorized access to others.

We may restrict access where there is a material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our website, checkout, course delivery, and communications may rely on third-party service providers, including Carrd, Stan Store, Flodesk, and payment processors.

These providers may maintain their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party systems outside our reasonable control, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers experiencing access problems.

Promotional emails will be sent in accordance with applicable marketing laws and your communication preferences.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link provided in those messages.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Educational materials are provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee of particular results.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of its educational products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are described in our separate Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The current version will be made available on our website with an updated effective date.

Changes will not retroactively eliminate material rights already provided to customers under an existing purchase, except as permitted by applicable law.
