Specifically, regarding the iRISE Course and related products:
Target Audience & Permitted Use of iRISE Course: The iRISE Course is uniquely designed and intended exclusively for survivors of narcissistic abuse seeking personal healing and recovery. It is strictly NOT intended for mental health practitioners, coaches, therapists, or any other professionals to repurpose, adapt, or integrate the tools, templates, methodologies, or any part of the course content for their professional practices, clients, or commercial use. Your access and use of the iRISE Course content, including all tools and templates, are granted solely for your personal healing journey. Any unauthorized professional or commercial use is a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Content Redistribution & Security: Each accepted applicant to the iRISE Course (and purchasers of other digital products) will receive a unique access link to the course content or digital download. Momentous Rise employs robust technical measures to track content redistribution and unauthorized sharing. Any unauthorized copying, sharing, uploading, transmission, or distribution of the Let's RISE Book, iRISE Course materials (including videos, audios, text, tools, and templates), or any other digital products from the Site, whether for personal or commercial gain, is strictly prohibited. Content redistribution will be taken seriously and pursued with appropriate legal action.
Prohibition on Reselling: The reselling of any books (including the Let's RISE Handbook), templates, courses, or any other digital products or content purchased from this Site is expressly forbidden. Such activity will be considered a serious offense against digital copyright policies and will result in appropriate legal procedures and penalties being pursued if detected.
General Content Usage & Copyright:
No Company Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, used for public or commercial purposes, or downloaded in any way unless written permission is expressly granted by The Company. The Company has the right, but has no obligation, to remove content and accounts containing materials that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms and Conditions. Payment Terms:
You agree that you will pay for all products and services you purchase through The Company. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING THE COMPANY WITH A VALID PAYMENT METHOD FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES. ALL SALES OF PRODUCTS ARE FINAL. Prices for products offered by The Company may change at any time, and The Company does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering. If a digital product becomes unavailable following a transaction but prior to download, your sole remedy is a refund. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your product, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement or refund of the price paid, as determined by The Company.
If your purchase includes calls with The Company (e.g., coaching sessions), you are responsible for scheduling them. All bookings are non-refundable. If you have to cancel your call, please email [hello@momentousrise.com] with the subject "CALL CANCELLATION- [date & time of your call]" no less than 48 hours before your call. If you do not show up to your call or reschedule within 48 hours, you forfeit your call.
Community Guidelines / Code of Conduct (If Applicable):
If the Site provides access to any community forums, private groups (e.g., MomentousRise Community, Google Classrooms), or interactive features (e.g., live Q&A sessions, comment sections), you agree to abide by the following guidelines to foster a safe, supportive, and respectful environment:
Respect and Empathy: Treat all members and the Momentous Rise team with respect, kindness, and empathy. Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory language will not be tolerated.
Confidentiality: Do not share personal information about other members or content from private communities outside of those communities.
No Professional Advice: Do not offer or solicit specific medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice within the community. Share your experiences, but avoid diagnosing or prescribing solutions to others.
Positive & Supportive Engagement: Engage constructively and contribute positively to the atmosphere.
No Promotion or Spam: Do not use the community to promote your own products, services, businesses, or for any form of unsolicited advertising or spam.
Momentous Rise reserves the right to moderate content and remove any content or users who violate these guidelines, in its sole discretion, without refund.
Subscription and Membership Terms (If Applicable):
For any products or services offered on a subscription or recurring payment basis (e.g., monthly membership to a resource library), your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be billed according to the chosen billing cycle (e.g., monthly, annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account settings on Stan. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for partial periods. Prices for subscriptions may change from time to time, and you will be notified in advance of any price changes.
Accuracy of Information & Electronic Communications:
While The Company uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information in the Site, The Company makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. The Company assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Site.
When you register with The Company and/or this Site, you expressly consent to receive any notices, announcements, agreements, disclosures, reports, documents, communications concerning new products or services, or other records or correspondence from The Company.
