The HRBN Resume Level-Up Challenge is a 10-day guided career-development experience designed to help you build a stronger, more targeted resume—and understand the career strategy behind it.
We begin Monday, October 19, 2026.
During the Challenge, you'll work through:

• Core skills and competencies
• Accomplishment development
• Turning job duties into evidence of impact
• ATS and job-posting alignment
• Strategic resume tailoring
• Transferable skills and career-change positioning
• Final resume review
• Career Path Assessment and recommendation
This is not a “change your font and add a few keywords” workshop.
We'll look at the bigger picture so you can better understand:
What roles should I target?
Does my resume clearly communicate my value?
Am I showing accomplishments—or simply listing responsibilities?
Does my experience translate to the jobs I want next?
What kind of career support would help me move forward?
By the end of the Challenge, you'll have completed real career-development work designed to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Live Challenge sessions are combined with implementation days so you have time to apply what you're learning.

The Challenge is a complete standalone experience.
If you choose to continue into the HRBN Career Success Cohort after the Challenge, your full $47 Challenge payment will be credited toward your cohort tuition when you enroll during the designated upgrade window.
You do not need to know which HRBN coaching pathway is right for you before joining.
That's part of what we'll help you determine.
After You Register
You will receive an immediate confirmation email from HR by Nnamtique.
A few days before the Challenge, you'll also receive an email titled:
“Resume Level-Up Challenge Access Info”
That message will give you everything you need to access the private Challenge site on SKOOL, create your participant profile, introduce yourself to the group, and prepare for our first session.
What to Bring
Bring:
• Your current resume—even if you know it needs work
• One or two job postings you're considering, if available
• An open mind
• A willingness to participate and complete the implementation work
You do not need to “fix” your resume before we begin.
Bring the resume you have. We'll build from there.
