Welcome, and thank you for choosing to work with Trina Pitts Coaching. These Terms & Conditions apply to every product and service purchased through this store, including digital downloads, group coaching programs, and one-to-one mentorship.
BY PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS SET OUT BELOW. PLEASE READ THROUGH THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE.
1. Payments
When you purchase a product or service, you agree to pay the full fee in one of the following ways:
You understand and agree that:
All payment plans are binding. You are responsible for completing the full payment regardless of your engagement with, or completion of, the program.
If a payment is missed or declined, you will be notified and expected to resolve the issue promptly.
If payment remains outstanding for more than 7 days, a late fee of $10 AUD per day will be applied until the account is brought up to date.
Access to coaching sessions, program materials, and support may be paused until payment is received.
If the balance remains unpaid beyond 14 days, the debt may be referred to a collection agency, and you will be responsible for any associated legal or administrative fees.
Payments are processed securely through Stan Store and Stripe. Your card details are stored and protected by their security agreements, not by Trina Pitts Coaching.
2. Refunds
Due to the immediate access provided to digital resources, coaching, and program materials, refunds are not issued. This includes for change of mind, non-participation, or external life circumstances.
Refunds will only be provided in compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) if services cannot be delivered as promised due to issues within our control.
For digital products with instant download access, all sales are final once the product has been delivered.
3. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through Trina Pitts Coaching, including frameworks, workbooks, guides, templates, recordings, slides, written content, and any other resources, remain the intellectual property of Trina Pitts Coaching.
When you purchase a product or program, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning and growth. You may not:
Share, distribute, or resell any materials.
Reproduce or republish content in any form.
Use the content to create competing products or services.
Share login details or program access with anyone else.
Session Recordings
Group program recordings are made available inside the program community for the duration of your access. Once your program concludes, access to these recordings will end. You agree to respect the privacy of fellow members and not share, screenshot, or distribute any recordings outside the community unless permission is granted.
One-to-one session recordings will be shared with you via Google Drive for you to download and keep. These remain for your personal use only.
4. Privacy
When you purchase a product or sign up for a freebie, the following information may be collected:
Email address — for product delivery, program communication, and marketing updates.
Phone number and postal address — collected for coaching program participants for the purposes of communication and program delivery.
Payment details — held securely by Stan Store and Stripe, never by Trina Pitts Coaching directly.
Your information will only be used to deliver your purchase, communicate with you about your program, and send relevant updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Anything you share during coaching sessions is treated as confidential, except where required by law or where there is a serious concern for your safety or the safety of others.
5. Code of Conduct & Termination
All participants are to maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive space.
Either party may terminate their participation in a program at any time by providing written notice. However, no refunds will be issued upon termination, as participants will have already received access to services, coaching, and intellectual property materials within the program.
Trina Pitts Coaching reserves the right to terminate your access immediately, without refund, if you engage in conduct that:
Is illegal or violates the rights of any individual or group.
Is offensive, obscene, defamatory, abusive, profane, or hateful.
Is misleading, disparaging, or discredits Trina Pitts or Trina Pitts Coaching.
Disrupts the safety, integrity, or functionality of the coaching space or experience.
Breaches the privacy or confidentiality of fellow group members.
6. Coaching Scope & Disclaimer
Trina Pitts Coaching provides coaching services designed to support your professional and personal growth as a nurse. These services are not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to medical, psychological, legal, financial, or clinical guidance.
The coaching provided does not constitute therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or legal advice.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes as a result of participating in any program or using any resource.
If you require support in any of the areas listed above, you are encouraged to seek assistance from a qualified professional.
Results from coaching and educational resources will vary from person to person. Your outcomes depend on your effort, circumstances, and commitment.
7. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on the Stan Store page. Continued use of products and services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
