There are so many decisions to make when designing a room from scratch and the lighting was one I didn't feel knowledgeable enough about to make them myself.   • Intellectual Property: You are purchasing a single-user license to the digital product(s). You may not distribute, reproduce, resell, or share any digital product with others.

  • Access to Content: After purchase, you will receive a download link or access instructions. Ensure you download and save the product promptly, as the link may expire.

3. Virtual Consultations and E-Design Packages

  • Scheduling and Confirmation: Consultations are scheduled based on availability and confirmed via email or the scheduling system. You are responsible for attending at the agreed-upon time.

  • Cancellation Policy: Consultations may be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment. To cancel or reschedule, please email us at info@oliviacaplandesign.com.

  • Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 72 hours’ notice or missed without notice are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.

  • No Refunds for Completed Consultations: Once a consultation has taken place, no refunds or credits will be issued.

  • No Guarantees or Warranties: We make no guarantees regarding the outcomes or results from the consultation services or the use of digital products. Your success depends on various factors, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
