These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases, digital products, documents, worksheets, consultations, calls, and services offered through the Stan page, website, links, or digital platforms operated by Omi-O Doula & Perinatal Care, owned by Fatihma Hudson. By purchasing, downloading, booking, or accessing any Omi-O Doula & Perinatal Care product or service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Educational Use Only
All birth prep materials, worksheets, PDFs, videos, calls, consultations, and resources provided by Omi-O Doula & Perinatal Care are for educational and informational purposes only.
Omi-O Doula & Perinatal Care does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical care, or emergency services. Birth education and doula support are not a replacement for care from your doctor, midwife, nurse, hospital, birth center, or licensed medical provider.
For medical questions, symptoms, emergencies, pregnancy concerns, labor concerns, or postpartum health concerns, you agree to contact your licensed medical provider, hospital, birth center, midwife, or emergency services.
Digital Products and Client Materials
All documents, PDFs, worksheets, birth prep guides, templates, videos, trainings, and other materials provided by Omi-O Doula & Perinatal Care are owned by Omi-O Doula & Perinatal Care unless otherwise stated.
When you purchase a product or package, you are granted a limited, personal-use license to access and use the materials for your own pregnancy, birth preparation, postpartum preparation, or personal education.
You may not copy, resell, share, upload, distribute, teach from, edit, recreate, or use Omi-O materials for public, professional, or commercial purposes without written permission from Omi-O Doula & Perinatal Care.
Intellectual Property Protection
All Omi-O Doula & Perinatal Care materials, including but not limited to birth prep worksheets, guides, templates, handouts, videos, written content, graphics, branding, logos, and educational resources, are protected intellectual property.
Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, resale, public posting, or redistribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.
Purchases and Payments
By purchasing through this Stan page or any Omi-O payment link, you agree to pay the full listed price for the product, package, or service selected.
Prices may change at any time. Omi-O Doula & Perinatal Care does not offer price adjustments, refunds, or credits if a product price changes or a promotion is offered after your purchase.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of Omi-O Doula & Perinatal Care products and the immediate delivery of documents, worksheets, resources, and/or booking access, all sales are final.
No refunds are offered once a digital product, package, worksheet, document, guide, or booking link has been delivered.
If there is a technical issue that prevents access to your purchased materials, please email omidoulacare@gmail.com so the issue can be reviewed. Omi-O Doula & Perinatal Care may provide a replacement link, resend materials, or offer another solution at its discretion.
Birth Prep Package Scheduling
If your purchase includes Birth Prep Package visits, private calls, consultations, or virtual sessions, you are responsible for scheduling your sessions using the scheduling link provided after purchase.
You must purchase the Birth Prep Package before scheduling Birth Prep Package visits. Any appointment booked without purchase may be canceled.
Please review all documents, worksheets, and assigned homework before each scheduled visit so we can use the session time for personalized education, questions, planning, and support.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled Birth Prep visit or call, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, do not attend your appointment, or arrive too late for the session to be completed, you may forfeit that visit or call.
All bookings are non-refundable.
Communication Boundaries
The Birth Prep Package includes scheduled educational sessions and the materials listed in the package description. It does not include unlimited texting, unlimited email support, on-call labor support, medical advice, emergency care, or continuous labor support unless separately agreed to in writing.
For urgent medical concerns, pregnancy symptoms, labor concerns, or emergencies, contact your provider, hospital, birth center, midwife, or emergency services directly.
Scope of Services
Omi-O Doula & Perinatal Care provides non-medical birth education, emotional support, informational support, birth planning support, and preparation resources.
Omi-O Doula & Perinatal Care does not perform clinical tasks, make medical decisions, speak on behalf of clients without permission, replace licensed providers, diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or guarantee any birth outcome.
No Guarantees
Omi-O Doula & Perinatal Care does not guarantee a specific birth outcome, medical outcome, provider response, labor experience, delivery method, hospital experience, VBAC outcome, induction outcome, cesarean outcome, home birth outcome, postpartum outcome, or breastfeeding/feeding outcome.
Birth is individualized, and outcomes can be affected by many factors outside of Omi-O Doula & Perinatal Care’s control.
Third-Party Platforms
Purchases, scheduling, payments, downloads, emails, and communication may involve third-party platforms such as Stan, Calendly, Stripe, PayPal, email providers, or other online tools.
Omi-O Doula & Perinatal Care is not responsible for technical issues, payment processing issues, platform outages, account issues, login issues, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
Privacy and Client Information
Omi-O Doula & Perinatal Care respects client privacy. Personal information shared through forms, emails, scheduling tools, or consultations is used to provide services, communicate with you, and support your birth preparation experience.
Omi-O Doula & Perinatal Care will not intentionally sell your personal information.
Birth stories, testimonials, photos, screenshots, or identifying client details will not be shared publicly without permission.
Client Responsibility
By purchasing or booking, you agree that you are responsible for reviewing the materials, completing any assigned homework, asking questions, scheduling your visits, communicating changes, and contacting your licensed medical provider for medical concerns.
You also agree that you are responsible for making your own informed decisions in collaboration with your medical provider or birth team.
Right to Refuse or Terminate Access
Omi-O Doula & Perinatal Care reserves the right to refuse service, cancel appointments, revoke access, or discontinue services if a client violates these Terms and Conditions, misuses materials, shares protected content, behaves abusively, fails to follow scheduling requirements, or uses the services inappropriately.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omi-O Doula & Perinatal Care and Fatihma Hudson shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, financial, medical, or other damages arising from your use of the Stan page, digital materials, educational resources, calls, consultations, or services.
You understand that all services are educational and non-medical.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Updates to Terms
Omi-O Doula & Perinatal Care may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will apply once posted or provided.
