Whenever we’re craving a Reese’s, these are what we make.
They’re simple, made with real ingredients, and honestly one of the recipes we come back to most in our house. It’s just natural peanut butter, oats, butter or coconut oil, and a little maple syrup or raw honey, pressed into a pan and topped with dark chocolate. No baking, no white sugar, and they’re ready in about 20 minutes.
I love them because they actually fill you up. With protein, fiber and healthy fat in every bar, one is enough, and I feel good handing them to my kids for an afternoon snack or tucking them into lunchboxes. I keep a batch in the freezer so there’s always something there when that peanut butter and chocolate craving hits.
Grab the recipe card and make a batch this week. I think they’ll become a staple in your home too.
