By accessing or using this website, purchasing a product or service, joining a membership, booking a consultation, or otherwise interacting with Pair Pressure Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use.

1. ABOUT PAIR PRESSURE INC.

h. guides and downloadable resources;
i. social media strategies;
j. creator resources;
k. scripts, prompts and frameworks;
l. website design and layout;
m. original concepts and materials developed by Pair Pressure; and
n. other proprietary materials made available through the Site.
3.2 Limited Licence
When you purchase a digital product, course, resource or membership, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the purchased material for your personal use.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.
3.3 No Resale
You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, teach, publish, upload or commercially exploit our paid materials without written permission from Pair Pressure Inc.
If you would like to license or commercially use our materials, please contact us directly.
4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS
4.1 Digital Products
Digital products may include courses, guides, templates, educational resources, creator resources, downloads, videos and other electronically delivered materials.
4.2 Access
Where applicable, access instructions will be provided after purchase.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and maintaining access to the email address or account associated with your purchase.
4.3 No Guarantee of Results
Pair Pressure provides education, strategies, ideas and resources based on our experience and knowledge.
We do not guarantee that you will:
a. gain followers;
b. become viral;
c. obtain brand partnerships;
d. become monetized;
e. generate a specific amount of income;
f. grow a particular platform;
g. secure employment or business opportunities; or
h. achieve any particular financial or business result.
Your results depend on many factors, including your individual circumstances, execution, consistency, audience, content, market conditions and the platforms you use.
5. CONSULTATIONS AND STRATEGY SESSIONS
5.1 Booking
Certain purchases may include a consultation, strategy session, coaching call, general inquiry or other appointment with Pair Pressure.
You are responsible for scheduling your appointment using the booking system provided.
5.2 Appointment Length
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, consultations may be limited to the duration specified in the applicable service description.
Pair Pressure may determine the structure and format of the session based on the service purchased.
5.3 Preparation
You are responsible for providing accurate information and relevant questions before or during your session.
We may not be able to provide meaningful advice where insufficient information is provided.
5.4 Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice unless otherwise stated for your specific service.
Where less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, the appointment may be considered forfeited.
Repeated rescheduling or failure to attend may result in the appointment being forfeited.
5.5 No Legal, Financial or Professional Advice
Pair Pressure’s educational and strategy services are not a substitute for professional legal, accounting, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.
You are responsible for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
6. PAIR PRESSURE CREATOR CIRCLE
6.1 Membership
The Pair Pressure Creator Circle may be offered as a recurring membership providing access to creator education, resources, community discussions, group sessions and other benefits described on the Site.
6.2 Membership Benefits
Membership benefits may include:
a. group strategy sessions;
b. content challenges;
c. creator resources;
d. brand partnership education;
e. content prompts;
f. community discussions;
g. peer feedback;
h. live Q&A sessions; and
i. new resources from time to time.
Benefits may change as the Creator Circle develops.
6.3 Community Conduct
Members are expected to treat other members respectfully.
You may not use the community to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, spam or solicit other members inappropriately.
6.4 Confidentiality
Information shared by other members within private community spaces should be treated respectfully and should not be redistributed outside the community without permission.
6.5 Membership Cancellation
If the Creator Circle is offered as a recurring subscription, you may cancel future recurring payments according to the cancellation process provided at the time of purchase.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a prior billing period.
7. PAYMENTS AND PURCHASES
7.1 Payment
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your purchase.
7.2 Prices
Prices may change from time to time.
A price change will not retroactively change the amount already paid for a completed purchase.
7.3 Taxes
Applicable taxes may be added to purchases where required by law.
7.4 Third Party Payment Providers
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Your use of a third-party payment provider may also be subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policies.
8. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
8.1 Digital Products
Because digital products may be accessed or delivered electronically, purchases may generally be considered final once access or delivery has occurred, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
8.2 Services
Unless otherwise stated, service bookings and consultations are non-refundable once the appointment or service has been delivered.
8.3 Technical Problems
If a technical issue caused by Pair Pressure prevents delivery of a purchased digital product or service, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.
Where appropriate, our remedy may include restoring access, replacing the product or providing a refund.
8.4 Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove, restrict or waive any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
9. USER CONTENT AND SUBMISSIONS
9.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content that you independently create and submit to Pair Pressure, including questions, comments, feedback, photographs, videos or other materials.
9.2 Permission to Use Feedback
By voluntarily submitting feedback, testimonials, suggestions or ideas to Pair Pressure, you grant Pair Pressure permission to use that feedback for purposes such as improving our services, marketing or promotional materials, unless you specifically request otherwise.
We will not knowingly represent your feedback as being authored by someone else.
9.3 Confidential Materials
Do not send confidential or sensitive information to Pair Pressure unless it is specifically requested and necessary for the service you have purchased.
10. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

Pair Pressure Inc. respects the privacy of its customers and users.

Social media platforms and other third-party services may change their algorithms, monetization programs, policies, features or functionality without notice.
Pair Pressure does not guarantee that any strategy will produce a specific result on a third-party platform.
12. DISCLAIMER
12.1 General Information
The information provided through the Site is intended for general educational and informational purposes.
While Pair Pressure makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information, we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current or error-free.
12.2 No Guarantee of Success

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pair Pressure Inc., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives and agents from claims, liabilities, losses, damages and reasonable expenses arising from:

This provision does not apply to the extent that the claim results from Pair Pressure’s own negligence, wilful misconduct or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

b. engaged in abusive or threatening conduct;

e. engaged in fraudulent activity; or
f. otherwise used the Site in a manner that creates a significant risk to Pair Pressure or other users.
Termination does not eliminate obligations that arose before termination.

Subject to any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the applicable courts of Alberta.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
22. NO WAIVER
If Pair Pressure does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean that Pair Pressure has waived its right to enforce that provision later.
23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with any applicable purchase terms, service descriptions, membership terms and Privacy Policy, constitute the agreement between you and Pair Pressure Inc. concerning your use of the Site and applicable services.
Where a specific product or service has additional written terms, those terms will apply to that product or service to the extent of any inconsistency.
