Hi I’m Paula

Social Entrepreneur, Impact Advisor, Speaker and Magic Finder, and someone who genuinely believes that everyone has something Magical to bring to the world.

I’ve been lucky enough to have some wonderful experiences and meet some truly wonderful people.

Across many different worlds, from starting out as a carer and going on to own and build my own private care business and CIC, to working across business, property, wellbeing, community and social impact, I’ve had the privilege of building businesses, creating opportunities and bringing people together.

Social impact and wellbeing now sit right at the centre of my heart.

Every experience, every person and every opportunity has taught me something about people, purpose and possibility.

Along the way, I’ve discovered that my real magic is connecting people, ideas and opportunities — and helping people find their own magic too.

I love those moments when a conversation sparks an idea, when someone suddenly sees what’s possible, or when a little encouragement turns “maybe one day” into “Lets make this happen!”

That’s why I created Celebrating People with Purpose — a space for heart-led people, entrepreneurs, businesses and organisations who want to create something meaningful, make an impact and stay true to who they are and their vision.

Through Magic Hour, Speaking, Workshops, Podcast and Profit with Purpose, I bring together experience, creativity, connections and a little bit of magic to spark ideas, unlock potential and help people create their own kind of magic!

Because I believe profit and purpose absolutely belong together.

You can build a successful business, make money, create opportunities and make a meaningful difference in the world. In fact, I believe the two can strengthen each other.
