Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy
By purchasing virtual design services or digital products from Pennington Interiors, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. It is the client's sole responsibility to read this policy in its entirety prior to completing a purchase.
1. Strict No-Refund Policy
Due to the digital and highly customized nature of our virtual designs, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
• Once the Design Has Started: The moment work begins on your design project, absolutely no refunds will be issued. By securing your spot and submitting your requirements, you are committing to the service.
2. Contact Information and Delivery
All project communications, updates, and final file deliveries will be sent exclusively to the email address (unless communication has been via text) provided on file at the time of checkout.
• Accuracy of Information: It is your responsibility to ensure your email address and contact information are entered correctly.
• Failed Communication: We are not responsible or liable for any delays, missed deadlines, or failure to receive the final product resulting from a typo, incorrect email address, or an unmonitored inbox.
3. Communication Delays & Project Queues
Due to a high volume of bookings, your prompt response is required to keep your design on schedule.
• Paused Projects: If I reach out for details, approvals, or revisions and do not receive a response from you within 48 hours, I will need to move on to the next client's design in my queue.
• Resuming Work: If your project is paused due to a lack of response, work will only resume once we have replied and we have availability in our schedule again. Please be aware that this may cause significant delays to your final delivery time.
4. Miscommunication and Liability
Clear communication is vital for a successful design project. We are not liable for any miscommunication issues that arise from incomplete project details, vague requests, or failure to communicate your vision clearly. We will design based strictly on the instructions and details provided by you at the start of the project.
5. Client Responsibility
By checking out and completing your transaction, you confirm that you take full responsibility for reading and agreeing to these terms. Claims of being unaware of this policy will not be accepted as a valid reason for a refund or dispute.

Pennington Interiors does not provide links for wall art or small décor due to sizing and quality variations. We recommend shopping locally at stores like HomeGoods and choosing pieces that closely match the style, color, scale, and overall look shown in your design.
