The Company provides coaching, educational, and informational services only. Coaching services are not therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or psychological services.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, results, and well-being arising from participation in any coaching program, digital product, course, workshop, webinar, or service offered by the Company.
NO GUARANTEED RESULTS
The Company does not guarantee any specific personal, professional, financial, business, career, or emotional results from the use of its products, services, coaching, or materials.
Individual results vary and depend on numerous factors including commitment, effort, experience, mindset, implementation, and personal circumstances.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
While the Company makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the Company makes no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information contained on the Site.
The Company assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Site.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Users agree to engage respectfully in any coaching community, group program, webinar, membership, social platform, or event associated with the Company.
Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, abusive conduct, spam, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the community or program without refund.
PAYMENT TERMS
You agree to pay all fees associated with products and services purchased through the Company.
All prices are listed in applicable currency and may change without notice.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and maintaining a valid payment method.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of products and immediate access to materials, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Coaching sessions, workshops, consulting services, and digital products are non-refundable once purchased or booked.
If technical issues prevent delivery of purchased materials, the Company may, at its sole discretion, provide replacement access or a refund.
SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
If your purchase includes coaching calls or consulting sessions, you are responsible for scheduling your sessions.
All bookings are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please email adedoyinsola.abitoye@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Failure to attend a scheduled session or failure to provide proper notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Site and all Content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of your use of the Site, products, services, or Content.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site and is not responsible for technical malfunctions, third-party services, payment processors, software interruptions, or internet-related issues.
