Turnaround begins once your photo(s) are submitted. Without photos, I cannot begin your analysis.

I operate from the United States on Eastern Standard Time (EST), with active business hours of 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST.

VIP same-day turnaround applies to orders and photo submissions received during those business hours. Orders placed outside of those hours will be first priority the following business day.

Example:
If you are in California and place your order at 8:30 PM your time, that is 11:30 PM EST on my end, so your VIP analysis would begin first priority the next morning.

If you are in Australia, the UK, Europe, or another international time zone, please convert your local time to EST when ordering for same-day service expectations.

By purchasing a color analysis service from Perfectly Seasoned Color Analysis, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you (“Client,” “you”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Purpose of Service

Our color analysis services are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Results are based on professional judgment and interpretation of the photos and information you provide.

2. No Guarantees

Color analysis is a subjective art and science. While we strive to provide accurate and thoughtful recommendations, Perfectly Seasoned does not guarantee that you will agree with, or achieve specific outcomes from, the results.

3. Personal Purchases

You are solely responsible for any clothing, makeup, accessories, hair color, or other purchases you make after receiving your analysis.

  • The Company is not liable for dissatisfaction with purchases made based on your color analysis.

  • The Company will not reimburse, replace, or cover the cost of any personal purchases, regardless of whether you later disagree with or feel mis-typed in your seasonal palette.

AI-Assisted Deliverables Disclosure

VIP SERVICE ONLY: Your custom color card may be created with the support of AI-assisted tools as part of the design and production process only. All analyses, final color selections, and recommendations are reviewed, curated, and approved by Perfectly Seasoned Color Analysis to ensure accuracy and alignment with your unique features. By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that AI may be used as a tool to assist solely in formatting, layout, and visual presentation of your card. The final deliverable remains a personalized, human-reviewed product.

Perfectly Seasoned maintains full creative direction and quality control over every final deliverable.

All content, including your custom color card, is for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the services or reliance on the recommendations provided.

5. Non-Disparagement

By purchasing any color analysis, digital product, course, or service from Perfectly Seasoned (@whatismyseason), you agree to the following.

• You understand that color analysis is a service based on visual assessment, lighting conditions, photography quality, and professional judgment.
• You acknowledge that reasonable professionals may differ in interpretation.
• You agree not to publish, post, share, or distribute any false, misleading, defamatory, or disparaging statements about Perfectly Seasoned (@whatismyseason), its owner, methods, or services.
• This includes statements made on social media platforms, forums, review sites, blogs, videos, private groups, or direct messages.
• If you believe your analysis is incorrect or you are dissatisfied, you agree to contact Perfectly Seasoned (@whatismyseason) directly to seek clarification or resolution before making any public statement.

Violation

• Any public disparagement or defamatory conduct may result in immediate termination of access to products, services, or communities without refund.
• Perfectly Seasoned (@whatismyseason) reserves the right to pursue legal remedies, including monetary damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal fees, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and personalized nature of this service, all sales are final and non-refundable once your analysis has begun.
