Flight Concierge Deposit

Typical client savings for trips booked with points through my concierge service is between $1,500-$12,000 as compared to cash rates.
The total fee for this service is $500.
Here’s how it works:
1. Initial Deposit: A $100 deposit is required to begin the search process. If I am unable to find any options matching your specifications within 7 business days, the deposit will be fully refunded* unless a longer search period is mutually agreed upon.
2. Flight Options: Once I locate flight options, I will notify you of the costs in points and cash. Prompt responses are essential, as these deals are often time-sensitive.
3. Unlocking the Deal: To unlock the deals, the remaining concierge fee of $400 will be due.
4. Booking Information: I will send you the specific booking instructions upon payment. I will also remain available via email or text to answer any questions and help through the process.
5. Final Booking: Award availability can change at any time. Once booking details are sent, you are responsible for booking the flights promptly.
Important Notes:
For one-way itineraries, the remaining payment due will be reduced to $250 instead of $400.
All award bookings have taxes, as points do not apply toward tax costs. Please be aware that you will have to pay anywhere between $5-$100 per flight, per person, for economy award deals and $5-$400 for business class when booking your flights (or up to $1,000 if you MUST fly into London). I will ALWAYS try to find you the lowest tax option.
*I will only present itineraries that align with your available points, travel dates, number of travelers, preferred class, and time constraints, therefore the deposit is non-refundable except in cases where I am unable to find flights that meet your request criteria. If you place a deposit and do not respond to follow-up messages for over 1 week, your deposit will be forfeited. I dedicate time and effort to every search, and deals are time-sensitive. If you need to pause your search temporarily, just communicate that and we can work around it. Otherwise, no-shows beyond 1 week will be considered inactive and non-refundable. I don't understand what sorcery Becca worked but I thought I knew how to find flights on points and was convinced she wouldn't find anything better so since it was a refundable deposit I figure what the hell.. . just for her to come back 3 hours later with deals that I could actually get with the points I had!
