Private Agreement between "You," the "Donor" and Zion Galactic Guild of Light Ministry
Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions (the "Policy") before making any donation ("Donation") to Zion Galactic Guild of Light Ministry (referred to as the "Church" or "we") through the website ibuzubatribe.com and Stan.store/pharaohramoon (collectively, the "Site"). 1. Non-Returnable Donations:
Donor acknowledges and agrees that all transactions are donations on the part of the consumer or customer and that these donations made to the FBO are non-returnable. Once a Donation has been made to the FBO, it cannot be returned or refunded to the Donor for any reason. Any and all transactions in relation to Zion, or the services of are for the benefit of the beneficiary and Children of Sun and The Most High Aether and; and not for profit.
2. Acknowledgment of Understanding:
Donor acknowledges and understands that this Policy constitutes a binding agreement between the Donor and the FBO. The Donation made by the Donor is considered an irrevocable gift to the FBO.
3. No Warranty or Guarantee:
Donor acknowledges and understands that the FBO makes no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, regarding the use of Donor's Donation or the success or effectiveness of the FBOs charitable activities.
4. Governing Law:
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the estate of Zion, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions thereof.
5. Entire Agreement:
This Policy constitutes the entire understanding between the parties (Donor and FBO) with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
6. Counterparts:
This Policy may be executed in counterparts, with each counterpart considered an original. All counterparts together constitute one and the same instrument.
7. Digital Affidavit:
By clicking "I agree," Donor affirms that they understand, acknowledge, and agree to all the terms outlined in this digital affidavit.
