Program Dates: October 5, 2026 – January 4, 2027
90-Day Program
During the program, participants learn how to:
✓ Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals
✓ Credential healthcare professionals for deployment
✓ Prepare CNAs, LPNs and RNs for staffing opportunities
✓ Work within established partner-vendor contracts
✓ Understand the staffing and deployment process
✓ Build and manage a healthcare staffing pipeline
✓ Track healthcare professional shifts and staffing activity
✓ Develop skills needed to operate a healthcare staffing business
✓ Build toward your own agency’s long-term infrastructure
