1. License & Ownership

All products purchased from this store — including but not limited to Business Strategy GPT, templates, trainings, downloads, prompts, guides, frameworks, digital courses, coaching materials, or AI-powered tools — are the intellectual property of Shā Falcon / Sha Speaks / Powered by Sha.

Purchasers receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive, single-user license for personal use only.

You do NOT own the rights to the materials.
You cannot:

  • Resell

  • Repackage

  • Share

  • Distribute

  • Copy

  • Claim as your own

  • Offer inside paid or free programs

  • Post publicly

  • License to others

  • Teach directly from my licensed frameworks as your own

Any unauthorized use violates U.S. copyright law and will result in legal action, including DMCA takedowns, account suspension, and/or civil damages.

2. Strict No-Resale Policy

By purchasing any item from this store, you agree that:

  • You may not sell any other digital product.

  • You may not share access links, PDF files, prompts, scripts, processes, or any proprietary system with others.

  • You may not use the materials to create competing products, services, or AI tools.

  • You may not bundle or include these materials in any offer you sell.

Violations will result in immediate revocation of access with no refund, and all legal remedies will be pursued.

3. AI Tool Usage

GPTs, other AI tools, and all related prompts, instructions, personas, and outputs are licensed for individual use only. This means:

  • You may use the tool for your own business.

  • You may not give clients or other coaches access.

  • You may not embed into your own programs.

  • You may not resell any GPT or AI tool built by me.

If you want licensing rights or multi-user access, you must purchase a separate licensing agreement.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you experience an access issue, email support, and it will be resolved, but refunds will not be issued.
