Present Father provides educational content, coaching, and resources intended for personal growth, communication improvement, and emotional support. We do not provide legal, medical, mental health, or financial advice.
You understand and agree that any decisions you make based on our content or coaching are your sole responsibility.
2. Coaching Services
Coaching services offered by Present Father are not therapy, not legal counsel, and not a substitute for professional services.
Coaching is focused on communication, mindset, documentation habits, and personal growth.
No outcomes, legal results, custody decisions, or court rulings are guaranteed.
Coaching sessions are non-transferable and for the purchaser only.
Missed or canceled sessions without required notice are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling unless otherwise stated.
3. Memberships & Subscriptions
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as stated at checkout).
By subscribing, you agree that:
Charges will continue automatically until canceled
You are responsible for managing your subscription through the provided platform
Access to membership content is for personal use only
No Sharing Policy
Membership access, content, scripts, or materials may not be shared, distributed, or resold.
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
4. Digital Products
All digital products (guides, scripts, downloads, templates, recordings) are final sale.
Due to the nature of digital content:
No refunds are offered once access is granted
Files are for personal use only
Reproduction or resale is prohibited
5. Merchandise
Physical merchandise is fulfilled through third-party providers.
6. Refund Policy
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
Coaching: Non-refundable once delivered
Memberships: No refunds for partial billing periods
Digital products: Final sale
Merchandise: Subject to fulfillment provider policy
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy.
7. Community Conduct
Any group chats, calls, or community spaces must remain respectful.
Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive behavior will result in removal without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, materials, and resources are the property of Present Father.

Distribute
without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Present Father shall not be held liable for:
