Pressure Practice

Stay yourself when attraction hits. Notice the patterns. Work on the reactions.

.....

More advice isn’t always what’s missing. Sometimes it’s reps.

You can think of something to say when there’s no pressure. Then you’re talking to someone you’re attracted to, and suddenly you rush, overexplain, fill every silence—or let the moment pass and replay it afterwards.

Conversation Pressure Lab Core gives you somewhere to practise.

Paste the included prompt into your conversational AI, answer the quick setup—or type “go”—and enter a realistic social scenario.

A café. A bookstore. A tram stop.

A fictional character with their own circumstances. Sometimes friendly. Sometimes distracted. Sometimes simply not interested.

Your job is to participate, notice what happens and respond as yourself.

What makes the practice different?

  • A warm ending isn’t guaranteed. Neutral responses and polite exits belong in the practice too.

  • No exact replays. Carry the lesson into a fresh scenario instead of memorising one character’s preferred answers.

  • A calm exit counts. Choosing not to approach, easing pressure or leaving respectfully can be a successful rep.

  • Awkwardness isn’t an automatic failure. Feedback focuses on your decisions and responsiveness, rather than how polished you sound.

  • Short, useful feedback. Three grades—Decision, Execution and Exit—plus a recovery observation and one specific line about the interaction. Anything that didn’t arise stays ungraded.

Who it’s for

Men who want private conversation practice before taking another small step in real life—especially when attraction makes staying themselves harder.

Who it isn’t for

Anyone looking for guaranteed lines, ways around someone’s “no,” or a character to beat.

Practise starting. Practise adjusting. Practise leaving well.

18+. Requires your own conversational AI account; access costs and usage limits are separate, and responses vary by model. CPL provides fictional behavioural practice, not predictions about real people. It does not replace real-world interaction, therapy or human connection.
