OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT

REFUND POLICY

3.2. Call Services: If your purchase includes calls, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to attend or reschedule within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the call.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1. The Content and services provided on the Site are offered "as is" without warranties of any kind. M&L Cleaning is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Content, including, but not limited to, loss of data, income, or profits.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
7.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
