We follow a more corporate tier meeting structure. Walmay's huddle shows whatâs possible for team dynamic and engagement. They didnât get there overnight - so have patience with my team. Focus on building engagement with the team. â˘â â clapping/celebrating â˘â â â start the meeting with a company value/ethic/priciple/or slogan â˘â â â find way to introduce stretching into morning huddle. (2-3 stretches) â˘â â â align with Site Leadership on reason/goal of daily huddles & meetings.
