This is an application to have me build your company’s systems and AI for you. It’s done for you: I build it, your team uses it.

Right now your business runs out of a few people’s heads, including yours. The same questions land on you every day. Proposals, reports and handoffs wait on one person. You may have rolled out AI tools, and the team went back to doing it by hand, because there’s nothing underneath for the AI to run on.

I fix that in two steps.

Step 1: The audit. I interview your team, map how work actually moves through your business and find where the hours go. You get a written findings report and a walkthrough of what to build first and why. The audit can run from 3-6 weeks depending on the size of your company. The audit ranges from $5-$15k and is credited towards implementation.

Step 2: The implementation. First, your company brain: your processes, standards, documents and data in one system that your team and your AI both work from. Then the findings from the audit that take work off your team, like email handled by agents, client updates and reports, built inside the tools you already use. Each phase has a fixed scope and a clear finish line. The investment for implementation is dependent on how quickly you'd like the build to be done, but ranges from $10-40k/mo with 3 month contracts.

Who it’s for: owners of service businesses doing $100K+ a month, with a team. If your business makes under $100K a month, please only apply if you're comfortable making the investment.
