Rebuild your foundation from the ground up.
The Ground Up Alignment Program is a structured system designed to restore stability, mobility, and alignment where it matters most: your foundation.
Instead of chasing quick fixes, you’ll learn to assess your own body, understand where imbalances come from, and follow progressive routines that rebuild your feet, ankles, knees, hips, and pelvic/core stability.
This program doesn’t include the shoulders or thoracic spine - it’s focused entirely on your lower body and postural base, giving you the strongest possible foundation to support everything else.
Alongside the training, you’ll gain access to our private community, where you can ask questions, share progress, and get guidance so you never feel stuck.
