Hey Jackson, how are you?
Following our conversation and the assessments we did, I’ve put together a five-day-a-week program for you.
In my opinion, at least for the next few months, the focus should be on consistency over intensity.
I selected specific exercises to help open up and lengthen your posterior chain, strengthen your anterior chain, and improve ankle mobility and hip rotation, so you can sit more comfortably in that position.
In addition, we’ll work on spinal mobility in all directions and shoulder mobility as well.
Let me know how everything feels once you start, and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
You’ve got this -just stay consistent and trust the process!
