Hey, how are you?
So, after our last conversation and the assessments we went through, I think it would be best for you to start with the following routine. You’ll perform each routine a total of two times per week.
The main goal is to improve the entire chain from the foot up to the pelvis, and to build lower-back stability, in order to improve your walking pattern.
Please note that since some time has passed since the last videos were recorded (about a year), and new insights have been added, I’m also including videos of my own clients practicing the exercises from additional angles.
I recommend watching the videos before you start practicing, so you can understand the intention of the exercises and the equipment required. I also suggest doing this routine at the gym and bringing the necessary equipment with you.
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.
