You’ve Done the Work. Why Do You Still Feel Stuck?
A 6-week live experiment for people who’ve done the coaching, subconscious work, manifestation work, and personal development—but still struggle to turn what they know into consistent action and lasting change.
First cohort begins October 2026 • Small live group • $397
YOU’VE DONE THE WORK.
You’ve taken the courses. You’ve done the coaching. You’ve identified the patterns, cleared beliefs, worked on your subconscious, and had the breakthroughs.
So why does it still feel so hard to actually move?
Maybe you know exactly what you want to change — but knowing hasn’t translated into doing.
You struggle to get started. Or you start, but can’t sustain it.
But sometimes it’s even more basic than that.
Sometimes the thought of doing anything differently is exhausting.
Starting something new. Changing a habit. Making a decision. Taking on a project. Even doing something you genuinely want to do.
You haven’t even started yet, and you already feel like:
I don’t have the bandwidth for that.
So you wait for more energy. More motivation. More time. For life to settle down a little.
And the things you want to change stay exactly where they are.
What if that isn’t a motivation problem?
What if the answer isn’t another course, another breakthrough, or another thing you need to heal or clear?
What if it’s capacity?
What if creating change isn’t only about changing the beliefs, patterns, and programming underneath our behavior?
What if we also need enough available capacity for change itself to stop feeling so expensive?
That’s the question behind The Capacity Project.
WHAT DO I MEAN BY CAPACITY?
I’m not talking about becoming more productive or figuring out how to cram more into your life.
This isn’t about making yourself do more.
It’s about increasing the resources you have available — and potentially reducing how much those everyday acts of change seem to cost you.
I’m talking about having more available capacity for your life.
The capacity to know what you want to do — and begin.
To try something new without the idea itself feeling overwhelming.
To take in information and actually use it.
To move through discomfort without automatically stopping.
To recover when something knocks you off course.
To follow through instead of continually starting over.
To make a change and have the capacity to sustain it.
To experience a breakthrough — and actually live from it.
The capacity to turn knowing into doing — without every step forward feeling like it takes everything you have.
WE’RE GOING TO EXPLORE THREE PILLARS OF CAPACITY.
Instead of assuming there's one reason you're stuck, we're going to look at capacity as a whole system.
Does your body actually have the resources available to support the life you’re asking it to live?
We’ll explore simple ways to support the physical foundations that contribute to your available energy and capacity.
What happens inside your system when you encounter stress, uncertainty, discomfort, change—or simply more than you’re accustomed to holding?
We’ll work on increasing your ability to shift your state, recover, and respond differently instead of automatically falling back into familiar patterns.
You can understand why you do something and still keep doing it.
You can have a breakthrough and still struggle to live differently afterward.
We’ll explore what’s underneath the places where you’re still getting stuck—and what helps change actually become integrated into your life.
THEN WE STOP ADDING MORE.
Because the last thing I want to give you is another six weeks of information.
The first two weeks are about learning.
I’ll teach you the framework and give you a collection of simple practices and processes you can begin experimenting with immediately.
Then, for the next 30 days, we use them.
No mountain of new material to keep up with.
No falling three modules behind and deciding you’ll catch up someday.
Instead, we meet weekly and look at what’s actually happening in your real life.
What’s changing?
What feels easier?
Where are you still getting stuck?
What are you avoiding?
What are you finally doing?
What works really well for your system?
What doesn’t?
And what might we need to adjust?
The goal isn’t to get really good at doing a program.
The goal is to see whether increasing your capacity changes what you’re actually able to do in your life.
WHY I’M CALLING THIS A PROJECT
This first cohort is intentionally different from a polished, finished course.
I’m not going to pretend that I already know exactly what will happen for every person who goes through it.
I don’t.
What I do know is what happened for me.
I went from feeling depleted and stuck, with very little energy available beyond dealing with whatever was directly in front of me...
to having simple practices I use every day, more energy available to me, and a dramatically different ability to actually DO something with the things I know.
And that made me curious.
Because I’ve spent years around subconscious work, transformation, and coaching.
I’ve watched people have enormous insights and breakthroughs...
and then struggle to translate those breakthroughs into their actual lives.
So I started wondering:
What if the work they’ve already done isn’t always the problem?
What if there’s another piece we haven’t been paying enough attention to?
What if that piece is capacity?
I have a working hypothesis. I have the practices that have made a difference for me.
Now I want to explore what happens when other people intentionally work with these principles over time.
That’s why I’m keeping this first group small.
I want to know what works for you.
I want to know what doesn’t.
I want to see where you change, where you get stuck, and what we discover along the way.
THIS MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF...
You’ve already invested time, money, and energy into changing your life.
You’ve done coaching, courses, manifestation work, subconscious work, or personal development—and you understand yourself pretty damn well at this point.
But there’s still a gap between what you know and how you’re actually living.
Maybe you:
Know what you want to do but struggle to get started.
Start things but have trouble finishing them.
Make changes but can’t seem to sustain them.
Have breakthroughs that feel huge but don’t seem to translate into lasting change.
Understand your patterns but still find yourself repeating them.
Keep wondering if there’s one more thing you need to clear before you can finally move forward.
Have a lot of information but struggle to consistently use what you know.
And somewhere along the way, you’ve probably asked yourself:
“I KNOW WHAT TO DO. WHY CAN’T I JUST DO IT?”
That’s exactly the question I’m interested in exploring.
HERE’S HOW THE FIRST COHORT WORKS
6 weeks together
Weeks 1–2:
Live teaching, exploration of the three pillars, and learning the foundational practices.
Next 30 days:
Integration and experimentation in your actual life, with a live group call each week for support, troubleshooting, adjustment, and anything additional we discover you need.
Starts: October 2026
Investment: $397
Group size: Intentionally small.
This is not a self-paced course you buy and forget about.
You’ll have six weeks of direct access to me and a small group of people exploring the same question alongside you.
YOU DON’T NEED TO COME IN “READY.”
You don’t need perfect habits.
You don’t need to understand nervous system work.
You don’t need to have finished all those other courses you bought. 😉
And you definitely don’t need another giant self-improvement project.
Bring what you already know.
Bring the work you’ve already done.
Bring the changes you’ve been trying to make.
Bring the places where you still feel completely freaking stuck.
And for six weeks, instead of asking:
“What else do I need to fix?”
let’s explore a different question:
What becomes possible when you actually have the capacity to live what you already know?
