PROJECT RISE
$20
What happens after they come out of the water?
Project R.I.S.E. helps churches replace disconnected baptismal moments with a complete pathway from gospel conversation to long-term discipleship.
Developed by Bishop Rasby G. Mason, II, this 50-page digital blueprint equips pastors and ministry teams to reach people with the gospel, invite them to respond, prepare them for baptism, protect their dignity and safety, and establish them in Christian community.
You’ll receive five training sessions, a nine-stage ministry workflow, leadership responsibilities, a 30-day implementation plan, a 90-day discipleship rhythm, candidate forms, checklists, scripts, ministry safeguards, measurement tools, and ready-to-adapt resources.
Created for pastors, baptism coordinators, evangelism teams, discipleship leaders, candidate-care teams, volunteers, church planters, and ministry networks.
Don’t merely prepare the water. Prepare the people, the workers, and the pathway.
