And group lessons aren't for everyone. Some people don't want an audience while they learn. Some need my undivided attention. Some just want it at their pace.

That's why I created this solo lesson.

MY STORY

I'm Raz, Braid Bar owner and Braid Educator in Hampshire, and I own Braid School.

This all started with my own daughter. Her hair looked a mess and I was worried about nits at school. So I booked myself into a braid lesson. I went on to launch Trenza Braid Bar in 2019 then Braid School with the sole intention to help parents.

Seven years later, I've braided 5000+ heads and taught 1000+ mums, dads, and new braiders.

I created my own technique that makes braids last seven days, still neat and long lasting for the full week. It's the reason my Braid Bar clients keep coming back. And now I teach it.

QUESTIONS

What if I'm a complete beginner?
Perfect. Most people who come to me can only do a ponytail.

What if my hair isn't suitable to practise on?
We'll work that out together. You'll still learn everything.

Will it really last a week?
That's the technique I created and teach. Braids that stay neat and pretty for the full week, when you braid them my way.

Can I bring someone?
If you'd love to learn with a friend, ask me about my small group of two the cost is just £65 each.

PS

You can keep trying on your own and fudge your way through a braid, but it's likely it won't last the day, and she won't like it or even let you do her hair.

Or you can learn it properly, once, with me so it lasts 1 week and she enjoys you doing her hair as you know what you're doing and it's pain free.
