1. About these terms
These Terms apply to purchases made through the Relationship Talk Live (RTL) Stan Store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. The product page describes the specific item and price offered. The current product is the Relationship Reality Check self-guided digital workbook. It is a digital download; no printed copy, live session, or personal coaching is included unless a product listing expressly says otherwise.
2. Payment and delivery
The price and any applicable tax are shown at checkout. Payment is a one-time charge unless the product page clearly states otherwise. After successful payment, Stan provides the workbook through the order confirmation page and/or the email address entered at checkout. Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you cannot access the file, contact us at relationshiptalklive@gmail.com so we can help.
3. Personal-use license and intellectual property
After purchase, RTL grants the purchaser a limited, personal, non-transferable license to download, save, and print the workbook for their own private use. The workbook and RTL materials remain owned by RTL or their respective rights holders. You may not resell, share, post, redistribute, reproduce for a group, or use the materials commercially without written permission. You may not remove ownership notices or present RTL materials as your own.
4. Refunds and access issues
Because this is a digital download delivered immediately, all digital-download purchases are final; no refunds are offered, except where required by applicable law. Please review the product description before purchasing. If you have trouble accessing or opening the file, email relationshiptalklive@gmail.com within 14 days so we can help restore access or provide a working replacement. If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us promptly so we can review and correct the billing. Nothing in this policy waives rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
5. Educational information; no professional advice
The workbook is for general education and personal reflection about relationships, communication, boundaries, dating, and co-parenting. It is not therapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, medical advice, or individualized professional counseling, and it does not replace advice from a qualified professional. It does not promise or guarantee a particular relationship outcome. You are responsible for your own decisions. For legal disputes, co-parenting matters, or safety concerns, consult an appropriately qualified professional. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or trusted local support.
6. Availability and changes
We may correct, update, or discontinue a product or these Terms. The Terms in effect when you place your order apply to that order, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.
