TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases of products and services offered by Renee Booe Coaching LLC, operated by Renee Booe (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including purchases made through our website, Stan Store, payment links, or other checkout platforms.

By purchasing a product or service from the Company, submitting payment, or accessing purchased materials or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not complete your purchase.

1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES COVERED BY THESE TERMS

These Terms apply to products and services offered by Renee Booe Coaching LLC, which may include:

  • self-paced courses and programs;

  • digital trainings and workshops;

  • downloadable PDFs, workbooks, guides, templates, audio recordings, videos, and other digital resources;

  • memberships and subscriptions;

  • individual coaching sessions;

  • private coaching packages;

  • group coaching programs;

  • live workshops, classes, challenges, or events; and

  • other educational, coaching, or personal-development products and services.

Collectively, these are referred to in these Terms as the “Products” or “Services.”

Specific Products or Services may have additional terms regarding price, access period, number of sessions, scheduling, cancellations, bonuses, refunds, payment plans, or other features. Those terms may appear on the applicable sales page, checkout page, order form, enrollment agreement, or product description.

If an offer contains specific written terms that differ from these general Terms, the specific terms presented for that offer will control with respect to that issue.

2. EDUCATIONAL AND COACHING PURPOSES

The Company provides education, coaching, tools, frameworks, and resources intended to support personal development, behavior change, decision-making, mindset, identity, faith, and personal or professional growth.

Certain Products and Services may discuss topics including neuroscience, neuroplasticity, psychology, emotions, beliefs, habits, stress responses, nervous-system regulation, behavior change, brain rewiring, identity, faith, spiritual growth, and personal transformation.

These Products and Services are intended for educational and coaching purposes.

Renee Booe and Renee Booe Coaching LLC are not acting as your physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, counselor, attorney, financial adviser, or other licensed healthcare or professional-services provider through these Products or Services.

Nothing provided by the Company should be interpreted as medical or mental-health diagnosis, treatment, therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to begin, stop, or modify professional treatment.

Our Products and Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental-health condition.

If you have questions or concerns related to your physical health, mental health, medications, trauma, finances, legal circumstances, or another issue requiring professional expertise, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency or crisis, seek appropriate professional or emergency assistance rather than relying on the Company's Products or Services.

3. FAITH-BASED CONTENT

Many Company Products and Services intentionally incorporate Christian faith, biblical principles, Scripture, prayer, spiritual reflection, and discussion of a person's relationship with God.

By purchasing a Product or Service containing faith-based content, you acknowledge that these perspectives may be incorporated into the experience.

Spiritual teaching or coaching provided by the Company is not intended to replace pastoral counseling, professional mental-health care, spiritual direction, or your own personal discernment and relationship with God.

You remain responsible for your own beliefs, interpretations, decisions, and actions.

4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Personal growth, behavior change, coaching outcomes, business outcomes, and other results vary considerably from person to person.

The Company does not warrant or guarantee that purchasing or participating in a Product or Service will produce any particular personal, emotional, spiritual, behavioral, relational, professional, business, financial, health, or other outcome.

Testimonials, client stories, case studies, examples, or descriptions of experiences may illustrate what is possible but do not guarantee that you will experience the same or similar results.

Your results may depend on numerous factors, including your circumstances, participation, decisions, actions, consistency, application of the material, skills, resources, and circumstances outside the Company's control.

You acknowledge that you are purchasing education, resources, access, and/or coaching — not a guaranteed outcome.

5. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to apply information provided through the Company's Products and Services.

You accept responsibility for your own decisions, actions, well-being, business decisions, financial decisions, relationships, and results.

Coaching may include questions, observations, suggestions, exercises, educational information, and perspectives intended to help you think, decide, and act for yourself.

You remain the person responsible for your decisions.

No purchase or coaching relationship creates a physician-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other licensed professional relationship.

6. ELIGIBILITY

Unless otherwise expressly stated, Products and Services are intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old.

Individuals under eighteen may not purchase Products or Services without the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

7. PAYMENT

You agree to pay the price displayed or otherwise agreed upon at the time of purchase.

You authorize Stan, Stripe, PayPal, or another applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide according to the terms of your purchase.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and maintaining a valid payment method when future payments are required.

Prices, promotional offers, bonuses, and Product or Service availability may change at any time.

A future discount, promotion, price reduction, or bonus does not entitle a previous purchaser to a refund, credit, or price adjustment unless we expressly state otherwise.

8. PAYMENT PLANS

Some Products or Services may allow you to pay the purchase price through installments.

Unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise, a payment plan is not a month-to-month cancellation option. It is an agreement to pay the full purchase price in installments.

If you select a payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments according to the payment terms presented at purchase even if you later stop participating, stop accessing the materials, or decide not to complete the Product or Service, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

If a scheduled payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again and may contact you regarding the outstanding balance.

We may suspend access to Products or Services when required payments are past due.

9. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND MEMBERSHIPS

If you purchase a recurring subscription or membership, you authorize recurring charges at the frequency and amount disclosed when you enroll.

You may cancel future renewal payments according to the cancellation process disclosed for that membership or subscription.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not ordinarily create a refund for payments already processed, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.

Your access following cancellation will be determined by the terms stated for that particular membership or subscription.

10. DIGITAL PRODUCTS, COURSES, PDFs, AND DOWNLOADS

Digital Products may include courses, recorded programs, PDFs, workbooks, guides, templates, videos, audio files, worksheets, downloads, or other electronically delivered materials.

Your purchase provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for your own personal purposes.

The duration of access to a digital Product will be stated in the applicable offer when relevant.

If no specific access period is stated, access will generally remain available while the applicable Product and delivery platform remain actively supported by the Company. Unless specifically advertised as such, purchase of a digital Product should not be interpreted as a guarantee of “lifetime” access.

The Company may make reasonable updates, revisions, improvements, substitutions, or technical changes to its digital Products.

11. COACHING SERVICES

Coaching may be provided individually, in groups, through programs, workshops, calls, voice or written communication, or other formats described in the applicable offer.

The specific coaching Product you purchase will determine matters such as:

  • the number and duration of sessions;

  • whether coaching is private or group-based;

  • the program period;

  • communication or messaging access;

  • scheduling procedures;

  • call availability;

  • expiration of unused sessions; and

  • any included resources or bonuses.

Those details will be provided in the applicable offer, onboarding materials, or agreement.

Scheduling and Rescheduling

When you purchase a scheduled private coaching session, you are responsible for scheduling and attending that session according to the instructions provided.

Unless the applicable offer specifies a different policy, requests to reschedule an individual coaching appointment should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund, except in circumstances where the Company chooses to make an exception or applicable law requires otherwise.

Participation in group coaching does not guarantee a particular amount of individual coaching time unless specifically included in the offer.

Missing a group coaching call does not entitle you to a private replacement session.

12. GROUP PROGRAMS, COMMUNITY, AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Some Company Services may include group coaching, communities, group calls, workshops, or opportunities for participants to interact with one another.

Participants agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not disclose, publish, distribute, record, screenshot, or share another participant's personal information, story, coaching, comments, or experiences without permission.

The Company expects participants to respect confidentiality but cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality.

You are responsible for deciding what personal information you choose to disclose in a group environment.

Group coaching, workshops, or events may sometimes be recorded. When a session will be recorded, the Company will provide notice where appropriate. By voluntarily participating after receiving notice, you consent to the recording to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Unless a specific Product or Service expressly states a different refund policy, all sales are final and non-refundable except where a refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right is required by applicable law.

Digital Products

Because digital Products may provide immediate access to proprietary information and downloadable materials, purchases of digital courses, PDFs, trainings, recordings, workbooks, and downloads are generally non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided.

Changing your mind, failing to access or download a Product, failing to complete a Product, or deciding that a Product is no longer relevant to you does not create a right to a refund.

Coaching and Services

Payments for coaching sessions, programs, workshops, or other Services reserve Company capacity, time, resources, and/or space.

Unless a different refund or cancellation policy is expressly provided for a particular offer, coaching and Service purchases are non-refundable.

Stopping participation in a coaching program does not automatically cancel remaining payments owed under an agreed payment plan.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

14. INTERNATIONAL PURCHASERS

Products and Services may be available to purchasers outside the United States.

Consumer-protection laws vary by jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive a statutory cancellation, refund, withdrawal, warranty, or consumer right that applicable law does not permit you to waive.

Where mandatory consumer law conflicts with these Terms, the applicable mandatory law will control to the extent required.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, all Company materials are owned by or licensed to Renee Booe Coaching LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property law.

Protected materials may include, without limitation:

  • courses and curriculum;

  • the REWIRE framework and related proprietary methodologies;

  • coaching frameworks;

  • worksheets and workbooks;

  • PDFs and downloads;

  • written lessons;

  • videos and audio;

  • presentations;

  • training materials;

  • exercises;

  • prompts;

  • graphics;

  • templates;

  • program names;

  • teaching concepts and original terminology;

  • recorded workshops;

  • website materials; and

  • other original Company content.

Purchasing a Product or Service does not transfer ownership of the Company's intellectual property to you.

Your purchase grants you a limited license to use the applicable materials for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

Unless you receive prior written permission from the Company, you may not:

  • share purchased materials with another individual;

  • share your course or membership login;

  • reproduce materials for distribution;

  • sell or give away Company materials;

  • publish or distribute Company materials;

  • upload Company materials to shared drives, membership sites, databases, AI-training repositories, or other systems for use by third parties;

  • record or redistribute Company videos, calls, or trainings;

  • remove copyright or proprietary notices;

  • use Company materials to create a substantially similar course, program, training, workshop, coaching methodology, or commercial product;

  • teach Company curriculum to your own clients, customers, congregation, organization, or audience as though the curriculum were your own; or

  • license, sublicense, commercially exploit, or otherwise distribute Company intellectual property.

You may, of course, apply what you personally learn through Company Products or Services to your own life and work. That permission does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, certify others in, or commercialize the Company's proprietary curriculum or materials.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access without refund and may subject the responsible individual to available legal remedies.

16. ACCEPTABLE CONDUCT AND TERMINATION OF ACCESS

You agree not to use Products, Services, Company communities, websites, checkout pages, or platforms for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, harassing, disruptive, or unauthorized purposes.

The Company reserves the right to remove an individual from a Service, community, coaching relationship, or digital platform if we reasonably determine that the person has:

  • materially violated these Terms;

  • infringed Company intellectual-property rights;

  • improperly shared paid access;

  • engaged in harassment or abusive behavior;

  • compromised the privacy or safety of another participant;

  • engaged in fraudulent activity; or

  • substantially disrupted the delivery of a Product or Service.

When access is terminated because of a purchaser's material violation of these Terms, the purchaser is not entitled to a refund except where required by law.

17. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND TECHNOLOGY

The Company may use third-party platforms and providers, including Stan, Stripe, Zoom, email providers, course platforms, scheduling tools, social-media platforms, community platforms, or other technology services.

The Company does not control these providers and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party technology.

We will make reasonable efforts to address problems that are within our control, but we are not responsible for temporary outages, internet failures, payment-processor interruptions, device incompatibility, software errors, or other failures caused by third parties or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

18. EMAIL AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By purchasing a Product or Service, you consent to receive electronic communications reasonably necessary to complete and administer your purchase.

These communications may include receipts, login instructions, scheduling information, onboarding information, program announcements, payment notices, access information, and other service-related communications.

Marketing or promotional communications will be handled separately according to applicable law and the preferences or consents you provide.

19. TESTIMONIALS AND FEEDBACK

If you voluntarily provide feedback, reviews, or testimonials, providing that feedback does not automatically transfer ownership of unrelated personal materials to the Company.

The Company may request permission to use client experiences, testimonials, screenshots, photographs, names, or identifying information for marketing purposes.

Where permission is required, the Company will obtain appropriate permission before publishing identifying testimonial material.

20. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with Products and Services will be handled according to the Company's applicable Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Third-party platforms and payment processors may separately collect and process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

21. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us at hello@reneebooe.com so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits your lawful rights to dispute unauthorized or improper charges through your bank or payment provider.

Knowingly filing a false or fraudulent payment dispute regarding a Product or Service that was properly purchased and delivered may constitute a violation of these Terms.

22. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT A PRODUCT OR SERVICE WILL MEET EVERY PURCHASER'S PARTICULAR EXPECTATIONS, ACHIEVE A PARTICULAR RESULT, OR BE AVAILABLE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RENEE BOOE COACHING LLC, RENEE BOOE, AND THE COMPANY'S EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF A PRODUCT OR SERVICE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR PRODUCT OR SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO THE COMPANY FOR THAT PRODUCT OR SERVICE.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

24. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renee Booe Coaching LLC, Renee Booe, and the Company's employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • your unlawful use of Company Products or Services;

  • unauthorized distribution or commercial use of Company materials;

  • your infringement of another person's rights; or

  • your material breach of these Terms.

25. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Any legal proceeding arising from these Terms that is properly brought in court will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Taylor County, Texas, unless applicable law requires another venue.

26. SEVERABILITY

If any portion of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permissible or severed as necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

27. NO WAIVER

The Company's failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive its right to enforce that provision or another provision in the future.

28. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Products, Services, technology, business practices, or applicable law.

The Terms in effect when you make a purchase will generally govern that purchase unless a change is required by applicable law or you expressly agree to updated Terms.

29. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the applicable Product or Service description, sales page, checkout page, order form, refund or cancellation policy, enrollment agreement, Privacy Policy, and any other terms expressly incorporated into a purchase, constitute the agreement between you and the Company concerning that purchase.
