2. Intellectual Property and Use of Content
All content provided by Kaiaria Group LLC, whether on this website, inside Reto Revolution, or any related program, including but not limited to:
Training programs and workout plans
Nutrition guidelines and recommendations
Videos, audio files, and live or recorded classes
PDFs, workbooks, guides, templates, and digital downloads
Text, graphics, program names, logos, and branding
is the exclusive property of Kaiaria Group LLC and/or its contributors (“Content”).
Kaiaria Group LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You are strictly prohibited from:
Copying, reproducing, selling, or reselling the Content
Sharing program access, files, or materials with any third party
Republishing, recording, or redistributing classes, videos, or documents in any form

3. Participants, Clients, Partners, and Influencers
Reto Revolution and other programs of Kaiaria Group LLC are available to:
End customers
Independent partners, distributors, and brand affiliates
Influencers, leaders, and content creators associated with partner brands (including Farmasi and Nutriplus)
Independent partners and distributors may use Reto Revolution as a tool to provide a more complete experience to their customers and teams. However:
Kaiaria Group LLC is not responsible for any additional promises, claims, offers, discounts, or guarantees made by independent partners, distributors, influencers, or third parties that go beyond the official information and conditions described by Kaiaria Group LLC.
Any purchase of supplements, physical products, or memberships made directly through a third party (such as a Farmasi partner) is a separate commercial relationship between you and that third party.
Your access to Reto Revolution is managed by Kaiaria Group LLC, but Kaiaria Group LLC is not responsible for third-party sales practices or representations.
4. Results and No Guarantees
Results from participation in Reto Revolution or any program provided by Kaiaria Group LLC will vary from person to person. Factors such as:
Current health condition and medical history
Level of adherence and consistency
Sleep, stress, lifestyle, and environment
Commitment to following workout and nutrition guidance
all significantly influence outcomes.
While many participants have experienced significant positive changes, Kaiaria Group LLC does not guarantee:
Loss of a specific amount of weight or body fat
Gain of a specific amount of muscle
Any particular physical change within a specific timeframe
Any financial or business results if you use the program as a recruitment or sales tool
By registering, you acknowledge that there are no guaranteed results and that your progress depends largely on your own effort and circumstances.
5. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds
All payments made to Kaiaria Group LLC through this website, Stan Store, or any other platform are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific product or program at the time of purchase.
Because of the nature of digital products, memberships, and access-based services, once access is granted or the purchase is completed, no refunds will be issued.
Prices for products, memberships, and programs offered by Kaiaria Group LLC are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
If a special refund policy is offered for a particular product, it will be clearly stated on that product’s page and will apply only to that specific offer.
6. Technology and Third-Party Platforms
Kaiaria Group LLC may use third-party tools and platforms to deliver its programs, including but not limited to:

Disqualify participants who violate rules, provide false or misleading information, manipulate photos, or attempt to cheat in any form
The selection of winners will be made by Kaiaria Group LLC or a designated committee and will be final and not subject to appeal.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kaiaria Group LLC, its affiliates, owners, managers, employees, independent contractors, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for:

Any health-related issues or medical complications
Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages
